UH, LAWRENCE TURNER HE'S HERE NOW.

ALAN JOHNSON, THOMAS ST.

JOHNSON, LESLIE MACK, MS. ROSS, UH, SUSAN DECKER, BRIAN MERCHANT HERE, VICTORIA PORTER AND BUDDY SNYDER.

WE HAVE A CORE, UH,

[2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 5, 2020 PARKS BOARD MEETING MINUTES]

NEXT ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS THE APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 5TH PARKS BOARD MEETING MINUTES.

UH, MS. ROSS, I THANK YOU.

CAME LATE.

NOT THANK YOU.

WE'RE HERE.

SO I THINK WE NEED TO MODIFY THE MINUTES TO REFLECT THAT.

OKAY.

DO WE HAVE ANY OTHER CORRECTIONS WITH REGARDS TO THE MINUTES? IF NOT, I'LL ENTERTAIN A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES WITH THE CORRECTION.

THAT'S REFLECTS MS. MARY ROSS AND ATTENDANCE.

I'LL ENTERTAIN THAT MOTION.

WELL, SHOW SECOND SECOND BY MR. MERCHANT.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, SAY AYE.

ALL RIGHT.

PUBLIC COMMENTS, UH, PUBLIC COMMENTS AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR, UH, ANYONE TO, UH, COME BEFORE THE PARKS BOARD AND, UH, STATE YOUR PRESENTATION OR WHAT HAVE YOU, DO WE HAVE ANYBODY IN THE PUBLIC THAT SIGNED UP TO SPEAK? MS. JULIA, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REQUEST TO SPEAK.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

UH, IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE IN CYBER LAND THAT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMMENT OR ANYTHING BEFORE WE MOVE ON? ALL RIGHT.

WITH THAT

[4. CONSIDER A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE LEXINGTON VILLAGE PARKLAND DEDICATION]

BEING SAID, WE'RE GOING TO MOVE ON OVER TO ITEM NUMBER FOUR.

ITEM NUMBER FOUR IS TO CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION FOR THE LEXINGTON VILLAGE PARKLAND DEDICATION.

UH, AND THEY'RE GOING TO BRAIN, UH, I'M GOING TO ASK MR. TELEPROMPTER TO, UH, BRING UP THAT PLAT ON THE SCREEN FOR OUR MEMBERS TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT.

PLEASE.

CAN WE BRING THAT SUBDIVISION PLAN ON, ON THE SCREEN? YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THAT PACKAGE.

EVERYONE.

I DON'T HAVE IT ON THE POWERPOINT, BUT IF YOU ALL HAVE IT IN YOUR PACKETS, I THINK IT'S ON THE WEBSITE.

SO I'LL TRY TO LIKE DOWNLOAD IT.

OKAY.

OKAY.

UH, QUESTION.

I DO HAVE IT ON MINE.

[00:05:01]

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR IT, MISSOURI CITY PROTOCOL IS.

I MEAN, I CAN SHARE MY SCREEN AND SHOW IT.

UH, YOU TELL ME, YOU CAN GO AHEAD.

THAT'S FINE.

I'M GOING TO SEND YOU THE ATTACHMENT VIA EMAIL.

AND SO WHILE HE'S PULLING THAT UP, UH, I'LL JUST KIND OF GO OVER THE BACKGROUND WITH REGARDS TO THIS PROJECT.

AND I GUESS ALSO TOO, IF YOU DON'T MIND, JUST SO EVERYONE TO KNOW, AND I, I'M SORRY, I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT RECOGNIZING YOU ON THIS CALL.

AND I THINK WE NEED TO AT LEAST MAKE MENTION, SINCE I FINALLY SEE THE FULL SCREEN HERE, UH, CITY STAFF, CAN YOU AT LEAST SPEAK YOUR NAME? SO WE'LL KNOW WHO'S ON THE PHONE WITH REGARDS TO CITY STAFF AND I, FOR, FOR OVERLOOKING, YOU KNOW, I WAS TRYING TO GET THROUGH THIS REAL QUICK.

YEAH.

I'M BARRY HAMILTON PARK, SUPERINTENDENT, SAN ANGELO FROM LEGAL HERE, EVAN BROWN RECREATION SUPERINTENDENT, REALLY A THOMPSON RECREATION MANAGER, JENNA FORGOT THIS PLANNING MANAGER.

UH, SO I WILL GO THROUGH, THEY SUBMITTED A LETTER, UH, WITH REGARDS TO, UH, THIS PARTICULAR, UH, PARKLAND DEDICATION.

AND I'M JUST GOING TO HIT SOME OF THE HOTSPOTS WITH REGARDS TO THIS, UH, DEDICATION.

UH, JASON'S NOT HERE TODAY.

HE HAD A PRIOR COMMITMENT.

AND SO HE HAD ASKED IF I COULD, UH, UH, KIND OF SPEAK ON HIS BEHALF THIS EVENING.

UH, THIS PARKLAND DEDICATION ACTUALLY, UH, WAS SET TO BE ON THE AGENDA IN OCTOBER.

UH, BUT BEFORE WE EVEN GOT IT ONTO THE AGENDA, WE SAW SOME FLAWS IN IT THAT, UH, WE KNEW WOULD NOT PASS MUSTER, UH, WITH THIS GROUP.

AND SO WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THEM TO GO BACK REEVALUATE IT AND COME BACK WITH SOMETHING.

WE THINK THAT IS MORE PALATABLE AND FEASIBLE FOR NOT ONLY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, BUT FOR THE PUBLIC AS WELL.

UH, AND SO AT THE END OF THE DAY, UH, THEY CAME BACK AND THIS PARTICULAR DEVELOPMENT, UH, RIGHT HERE JUST FROM AN OVERALL STANDPOINT IS JUST TO KIND OF GIVE EVERYBODY A KIND OF A FEEL FOR WHERE IT'S AT.

UH, THIS IS ALL OVER THERE, CLOSE TO IT'S PARALLEL TO MURPHY ROAD, FM 10 92 EAST OF MURPHY ROAD, WEST OF LEXINGTON, UH, AND NORTH OF FIFTH STREET.

AND RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET IS THE LAND ARMSTRONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, UH, FOR THE, AND THERE'S LIKE AT THAT STREET OR SECTION THERE'S A THING, A STARBUCKS AND A CVS, UH, RIGHT THERE IN THAT PARTICULAR AREA.

UH, ALSO IN THAT AREA RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THIS DEVELOPMENT, UH, IS LEXI THIS SQUARE SUBDIVISION, UH, IT'S RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AS WELL.

AND SO, UH, THIS PARTICULAR DEVELOPMENT RIGHT HERE, UH, IS GOING TO BE A IT'S GOING TO THERE GO GREAT.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, SIR.

APPRECIATE YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER.

UH, THIS IS GOING TO BE A TOWNHOME, UH, SUBDIVISION.

THE TOWNHOMES WILL BE OVER THERE TOWARDS THE, UH, LEXINGTON AND THEN ALONG MURPHY ROAD, UH, YOU'LL HAVE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT KIND OF IN A GUESS, I'M GONNA CALL THAT MAROON OR KIND A MAROONISH REDDISH OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES.

UH, AND, AND SO, AND THEN KIND OF SOUTH OF IT, THEY'RE GONNA LOSE SOME, SOME OTHER OTHER MULTI-FAMILY, BUT THAT'S NOT, YOU KNOW, BEING PLANTED RIGHT NOW AT THIS TIME.

WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH IS SECTION ONE AND TWO OF THE TOWNHOME SECTION, WHICH IS 150 LOTS.

UH, AND SO WHAT THE, THE DEVELOPER AS PROPOSED AND THE DEVELOPER IS SKYMARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.

UH, THEY'VE DONE LOTS OF DEVELOPMENT HERE IN THE MISSOURI CITY AREA.

UH, SO THERE IS NOT THEIR FIRST RODEO, THEY KNOW WHAT'S REQUIRED.

AND WHAT HAVE YOU, UH, IN THIS PARTICULAR DEVELOPMENT, WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING AT IS, UH, DEVELOPING OR DONATING PUBLIC LAND, UH, AND THE PUBLIC PARKLAND THAT THEY'RE LOOKING AT IS ONCE YOU SCROLL IT BACK UP, I THINK HIS MOUSE IS KIND OF MOVING ON THEM, BUT

[00:10:01]

WHEN YOU SCROLL IT BACK UP, THEY'RE LOOKING AT RIGHT, RIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION, UH, REVOLUTIONARY WAY AND LEXINGTON, UH, THERE'S LIKE A GREEN AREA, UH, RIGHT THERE WITHIN A SUBDIVISION.

THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE PROPOSING TO DEDICATE AS PUBLIC PARKLAND, UH, BASED ON THE NUMBERS BASED ON WHAT IS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE.

AND THAT'S ALL WE DO.

WE GO BY ORDINANCES.

UH, THEY ARE REQUIRED, UH, SINCE THEY'LL HAVE 150 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LINES, A TOTAL OF 1.5 ACRES WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE DEDICATED, UH, AS FAR AS PUBLIC PARKLAND.

UH, AND SO WHAT THEY DID, UH, THEIR PROPOSED THEY'RE PROPOSING TO DEVELOP 1.5, ONE ACRES FOR PUBLIC PARKLAND.

AND, UM, THIS PUBLIC PARKLAND WILL HAVE ALSO ONSITE PARKING VEHICLE PARKING.

UH, AND WE'LL, WE'LL BE LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LEXICON SQUARE PARK PLAN, UH, DEDICATION, WHICH IS 2.95 ACRES.

AND THAT'S THAT DARK GREEN TRACK THAT YOU SEE RIGHT THERE TO THE EAST OF LEXINGTON.

SO YOU KIND OF HAVE, YOU KNOW, A BUNCH OF PARKLAND RIGHT THERE, AND THAT AREA, I BELIEVE WE ALSO HAD, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, UH, WE HAVE A PIECE OF ART, UH, OVER THERE IN THAT AREA AS WELL.

UM, OUR CHARTER TONIGHT IS TO, OH, AND ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS I'LL, YOU KNOW, AND IF IT WAS PUT IN THE LETTER, UH, SO IT WAS THERE FOR EVERYBODY TO, UH, TAKE A LOOK AT IT.

BUT, UH, WHAT THE, WHAT THE DEVELOPER HAS SAID IN HIS LETTER, UH, IS THAT THERE'LL BE PROVIDING A TENS PARKING SPACES HEAVY IN, UH, ON THIS PARTICULAR PROJECT.

UH, THEY WILL ALSO LIKE TO CONSTRUCT SIDEWALKS ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY, UH, AND ENJOYING THE TWO RIGHT OF WAYS, UH, THIS, THEY DO MEET THE, UH, THEY DO MEET THE PARKLAND DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS.

UH, IT'S DEFINITELY A LOT BETTER THAN WHAT THAT REGULATES MEDIC ALSO, TOO, IF YOU NOTICE, UH, THE LIGHTER CHARCOAL ASH, I'M GONNA CALL IT TURQUOISE FISH, UH, AREA THAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT THAT WOULD BE CONSISTENT WITH ADDITIONAL OPEN SPACE.

SO THE KIND OF MEDIUM GREEN, UH, IS THE 1.5 ACRES IS A PUBLIC PARK.

AND THEN THE KIND OF FUCHSIA THAT'S, I'M SORRY, I'M NOT A COLOR GUY, UH, THAT THAT'S GOING TO BE ADDITIONAL OPEN SPACE.

THAT OPEN SPACE IS A TOTAL OF 2.1, TWO ACRES RIGHT THERE.

AND SO, YOU KNOW, THEY'LL HAVE LANDSCAPING, THEY'LL HAVE, UH, THINGS OF THAT NATURE RIGHT THERE.

SO IT DOES MEET THE ORDINANCE.

UH, I'VE ASKED THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, THEIR THOUGHTS ON HAVING TO MAINTAIN IT BECAUSE IT IS A PUBLIC PART.

UH, THEY HAVE NO OBJECTIONS.

THEY THINK IT, IT, IT MESHES WELL WITH HAVING, YOU KNOW, PARKS ON, ON BOTH OPEN SPACE, PARKLAND ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT THAT DRAWING THAT THEY HAVE ON THE SCREEN.

NOW, THE LITTLE RED LINES THAT YOU SAY, UH, OF COURSE I'M MOVING MY MOUSE ON HERE, BUT THAT YOU SEE GOING AROUND THE BACK SIDE OF THE PARKING AND KIND OF GOES ALONG THE ROAD RIGHT AWAY.

THAT WOULD BE WHAT THEY'RE CONSIDERING AS THEIR SIDEWALKS.

SO THAT WAY, EVEN IF YOU'RE WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, YOU'LL HAVE A, A PATHWAY TO GET UP TO THE PROPOSED PUBLIC PARK, YOU KNOW, CAUSE WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT HERE.

IT DIDN'T DO YOU ANY GOOD IF YOU CAN'T GET TO IT.

SO, UH, THEY HAVE A PEDESTRIAN ACCESS THAT THEY'RE GOING TO BUILD, UH, ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LEXINGTON TO GET THEM OVER TO THE PARK.

UM, AGAIN, STAFF IS GOOD WITH IT.

UH, YOU KNOW, I'VE HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH THEM.

THEY WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH IT.

UH, AT THIS TIME WE'LL OPEN UP FOR DISCUSSION AND COMMENTS WITH REGARDS TO THIS PARKLAND DEDICATION.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS WITH REGARDS TO THE PARKLAND DEDICATION? I DO.

YES, SIR.

MR. JOHNSON, I'M ASSUMING THAT, UH, THE CHILDREN IN THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL GO TO THE SCHOOL ACROSS THE STREET.

THAT WOULD BE OFF SUBJECT, BUT I WOULD THINK SO IF IT'S RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, WELL, HOW DO THEY CHILDREN AND, UH, OUR WESTERN SECTION GET TO CROSSWALK OR SOMETHING TO SAFELY GET ACROSS THE STREET.

SO THERE IS ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

SO TYPICALLY ON THE PARKLAND, WE DEAL WITH,

[00:15:01]

UH, EVERYTHING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SIDE DIVISION.

BUT DAN, TO YOUR QUESTION, I CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTION ON THAT ONE, RIGHT THERE, UH, ON THAT PARTICULAR ITEM THERE'S, UH, FOR THE KIDS TO GO ACROSS, THERE'S A SCHOOL ZONE ALONG LEXINGTON.

UH, AND SO THE CROSS WALL FOR THE KIDS, IT'S REALLY AT THE INTERSECTION OF LEXINGTON AND, UH, FIFTH STREET, THAT'S ONE OF THE CROSSWALK AREAS.

UH, AND THEN THE, UH, OTHER ONE, I DO NOT HAVE A RESPONSE FOR YOU ON THAT.

UH, BUT TYPICALLY WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IS, AND THAT'S A POOR BIT ISD ISSUE THAT THEY WOULD WORK OR GONE IN REGARD AND, AND, AND RESOLVE I'LL SAY, BUT FROM THE WESTERN SECTION, I SEE A LOT OF BLOCKS THE BUILDING.

UM, HOW DID THE KIDS GET OUT? DO THEY WALK IN THE DRIVEWAY SIDEWALK? YOU MEAN AS FAR AS LIKE TRYING TO GO TO WELL, SO THAT'S SHOWING RIGHT NOW, AND AGAIN, THAT'S KIND OF OFFSET OR I CAN'T BLOW IT.

I CAN'T MOVE THAT UP THE SIDEWALK.

SO THAT'S AN INTERNAL THING RIGHT THERE.

THAT'S THE ROAD RIGHT AWAY THAT YOU'RE SAYING THAT IT'S GRAY, UM, AS FAR AS HOW THEY, THEY GET OUT, THAT'S, THAT'S KIND OF A, THAT'S A PUBLIC WORKS ISSUE AND AN ENGINEERING ISSUE FROM OUR STANDPOINT.

AND WHAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IS DOES THE PARKLAND MEET THE ORDINANCE WITH REGARDS TO HOW THEY GET ACCESS TO THE SCHOOL? THAT'S A DIFFERENT THAT THAT'S ABOVE OUR, OUR PAY GRADE THERE, I GUESS I WOULD SAY THAT'S, THAT'S WHAT I CAN USE ON, ON THE FIVE.

THIS IS JENNIFER GOMEZ.

CAN I JUMP IN? UM, I DO JUST, I, I KNOW IT'S OFF TOPIC, BUT I DO JUST WANT TO CLARIFY THAT THERE WILL BE SIDEWALKS.

THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE, UM, SIDEWALKS ALONG THE INTERNAL STREETS AS WELL AS LONG, UM, THE PERIMETER.

UM, SO THERE WILL BE SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS, UM, FOR ANY PEDESTRIANS, CHILDREN, UM, OR ADULTS TO CONNECT, UM, FROM INTERNAL OF THE SUBDIVISION TO THE OUTER PERIMETER.

YEAH.

THANK YOU, JEN.

THAT'S MY CONCERN.

THANK YOU.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? COMMENTS.

I TAKE THIS ROUTE FROM WHEN I GO TO CITY HALL AND I PASS A SEARING AND ALL THE TIME.

SO YOU GO RIGHT BY AMERICAN LEGION ON THE WEST SIDE OF 10 92.

AND TO HAVE THIS PARK IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD, I THINK WILL BE VERY NICE.

IT LOOKS GREAT TO ME.

GOOD WITH THAT BEING SAID, I'LL ENTERTAIN A MOTION.

I'LL ENTERTAIN A MOTION.

HOW DO YOU WANT TO WORK? HOW DO YOU WANT TO WORD IT? OH, I'M SORRY.

I'M SORRY.

UH, ENTERTAIN A MOTION TO, UH, FORWARD A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION FOR THE PARKLAND DEDICATION OF LEXINGTON VILLAGE SUBDIVISION.

CAN I JUST SAY I MOVED THAT WE DO WHAT YOU JUST SAID? YES.

YOU CAN SAY I HAVE A MOTION.

I GOT A PROMOTION, A BUDDY, OR I'M SORRY, DIANE.

I AM, BUT I, AND THEN A SECOND, MARY MS. ROSS TO FORWARD A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE LEXIUM TURN VILLAGE, PARKLAND, DEDICATION, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, SAY AYE.

AYE.

ANYBODY OPPOSED? ALRIGHT.

IT PASSES NEXT ITEM ITEMS

[5. ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA]

FOR NEXT AGENDA.

UH WE'LL WELL-MADE AND JANUARY, IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC ITEMS ANYONE NEED ON THE AGENDA FOR THE JANUARY MEETING AND THAT MEETING DATE WILL BE JANUARY 7TH, IF NOT, I WANTED TO SEE WHO WAS THE PERSON ON THE CALL IN

[00:20:01]

THAT SEVEN ONE THREE NUMBER? YES.

CAN YOU SPEAK PLEASE? LAWRENCE? I CERTAINLY CAN.

UM, THIS IS ERIC ANGAR WITH, UH, SCOTT MARTIN DEVELOPMENT.

THE DEVELOPER FOR THAT, I WAS LISTENING GRACIOUS, GRACIOUSLY TO HOW YOU DESCRIBE MY PROJECT.

I APPRECIATE IT.

I DIDN'T WANT TO INTERJECT IT WAS GOING WELL.

SO I THOUGHT THIS IS PHENOMENAL.

SO, UM, AND, AND THE LETTER WAS THERE AND THE SIDEWALKS WILL BE BUILT FOR, FOR THE CITY OF MISSOURI CITY REQUIREMENTS.

UM, AND WE WILL HAVE, UH, MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS, UH, TO THE, UH, TOWARDS, UH, THE, UH, LEXINGTON BOULEVARD FOR, UH, ACCESS TO THAT IF I WALK TOWARDS THE SCHOOL.

SO WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO BUILDING THIS, RIGHT.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

UH, AND JUST FOR, BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER, UH, DID YOU GET THAT NAME, JULIA? YES, I DID.

THANK YOU.

SO JUST FOR THE BOARD'S KNOWLEDGE, WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW IS IT'LL GO BEFORE A PLANNING, COMMISSION PLANNING COMMISSION.

WE'LL GET OUR, OUR RECOMMENDATION, UH, AND I'M GUESSING IT WILL BE ON THEIR NEXT AGENDA.

UH, I'M GUESSING THIS WILL BE ON THE NEXT AGENDA AGENDA COMING UP.

OH, THERE YOU GO.

JR.

CJR.

HE'S ON THE PHONE NOW.

I DIDN'T SEE THE EMAIL ADDRESS AGAIN, SO THAT'S FINE.

THAT'S ALL RIGHT.

WE'RE JUST, BUT FOR THE GROUP.

SO EVERYONE KNOWS, UH, HE GOES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITH OUR RECOMMENDATION.

UH, THEY'LL REVIEW IT.

THEY ALWAYS TAKE OUR RECOMMENDATION VERY SERIOUS AND UNDER CONSIDERATION.

AND THEN THEY'LL ALSO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TOWARDS CITY COUNCIL.

CITY COUNCIL IS THE FINAL BUCK STOPS RIGHT THERE AT THE VERY END.

UH, AND SO, UH, BUT NINE TIMES OUT OF 10, THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, I MEAN, THEY LISTENED TO US BECAUSE, AND THEY GET OUR MINUTES FROM THE MEETING AS WELL.

UH, WITH THAT BEING SAID, WE'LL MOVE ON OVER TO I'M SORRY.

I DIDN'T, UH, DID ANYBODY HAVE ANY ITEMS THEY WANTED TO ADD ON TO THE NEXT NEXT MONTH'S AGENDA? OKAY.

ALL RIGHT.

IF NOT, WE STAND ADJOURNED.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

EVERYONE STAY SAFE, HEALTHY, HAVE A HAPPY, HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS, MERRY CHRISTMAS.

WELL, THANK YOU.

I APPRECIATE IT, DON.

YEAH, I SAW YOUR LOVELY WIFE AND HER DOCTORATE.

VERY IMPRESSED.

CONGRATULATIONS TO HER.

I TRIED TO MARRY UP.

I THINK YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER DOCTOR.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO THAT AGAIN? I'M THE DUMMY OF THE GROUP.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

I APPRECIATE THE CONGRATS.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

WASH YOUR HANDS.

THERE YOU GO.
