Notice is hereby given of a Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7:00 PM at: City Hall, City Council Chambers, 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, Texas, 77489, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  All agenda items are subject to action.  The City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - PD 112 AMENDMENT

 

 

(1).

PUBLIC HEARING - A public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Missouri City BTR, LLC to make amendments to the regulations contained in PD, Planned Development District #112 (O-21-29) to allow for a lift station as an allowable use; amend the development schedule, phasing plan, and site plan; and to the extent such zoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.

 

SITE LOCATION: The site is located on the southern frontage of Highway 6, west of Fort Bend Town Center I, and east of the Oakwick Forest Estates Subdivision.

PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - PD 113 AMENDMENT

 

 

(1).

PUBLIC HEARING - A public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Andrea Metz, Lovett Commercial, to amend PD, Planned Development District #113 (O-21-50) to allow for LC-3, retail district uses on Tract as described Exhibit A of the PD; and to the extent such zoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. Tract A allows for age restricted R-5, residential development. This amendment would allow for LC-3, retail district uses in addition to the existing age restricted R-5 residential district uses.

 

SITE LOCATION: PD #113 includes multiple tracts of land located north and south of State Highway 6, east and west of Watts Plantation Drive, and east of North Creekmont Drive. The proposed amendment is only on Tract A.
