Notice is hereby given of a Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 7:00 PM at: Missouri City, City Hall Council Chambers, 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, Texas, 77489, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

PD, Planned Development District No. 35 is located to the north of the Gulf Coast Water Authority canal and Sienna Acreage Estates, south of Waterbrook West, east of Silver Ridge and west of Sienna Village of Bees Creek.
