UH, TWO A TO RECEIVE A PRESENTATION ON UPDATES ABOUT QUAIL VALLEY GOLF COURSE OF A PRESENTATION BY DONNIE HAYES, DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

YES, SIR.

UH, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE HERE.

GOOD EVENING.

UM, SO TONIGHT'S PRESENTATION, UM, I REALLY JUST WANTED TO GO OVER A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT THINGS.

UH, FIRST OF ALL, I WANTED JUST TO REVIEW A COUPLE OF THE LGC MANAGEMENT DOCUMENTS THAT WE HAVE OUT THERE, AND THEN ALSO, UM, DIVE INTO SOME MORE OF OUR FINANCIAL REVIEWS.

AND SO THE FIRST, THE FIRST DOCUMENT THAT, UM, I JUST WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT IS THE BYLAWS OF THE MISSOURI CITY RECREATION AND LEISURE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION.

UM, THERE'S A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT.

UH, NUMBER ONE, ACCORDING TO THOSE BYLAWS, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS MADE UP OF SEVEN DIRECTORS, OF COURSE, THAT IS THE ELECTED MEMBERS OF OUR CITY COUNCIL.

THE MAYORS, THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

UM, OUR MAYOR, PRO TEM BECOMES THE VICE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

UM, THE CITY MANAGER IS BECOMES OUR CHIEF ADMINISTRATION, UH, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, WHICH COMES THROUGH RESOLUTION R 22 DASH OH FOUR.

AND THEN THERE'S ALSO TWO OTHER POSITIONS THAT ARE BUILT INTO THOSE BYLAWS, OUR SECRETARY POSITION, AND THEN ALSO OUR TREASURER POSITION.

CURRENTLY, THE SECRETARY POSITION IS EMPTY, UM, AND WE DO NEED TO FILL THAT BY RESOLUTION.

UM, AND THEN WE WILL NEED TO FILL THE TREASURER POSITION, UM, HERE IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE AS WELL.

UM, AND SO BOTH OF THOSE WILL BE COMING BACK BEFORE YOU GUYS IN A, UH, FUTURE MEETING, UM, AS A RESOLUTION TO BE ABLE TO FILL BOTH OF THOSE POSITIONS.

FURTHERMORE, UM, JUST TO FOCUS ON SOME OF THE DUTIES OF THE DIRECTORS.

NUMBER ONE, THEY WILL, YOU GUYS DO PERFORM THEM ACCORDING TO LAW.

UM, YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPOINT AND REMOVE EMPLOYEE AND PRESCRIBE THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICERS, UM, OF THE LGC.

AND THEN YOU ALSO MEET ACCORDING TO THE BYLAWS, AND THOSE MEETINGS ARE EXPECTED TO BE REGULAR MEETINGS ONCE EVERY THREE MONTHS.

UM, A QUORUM, IT CONSISTS OF FOUR MEMBERS OR FOUR DIRECTORS.

AND THEN LAST THING IS, IS THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DOES HAVE THE ABILITY TO ACCEPT CONTRIBUTION GIFTS, BEQUESTS, UH, ET CETERA, ON BEHALF OF THE LGC.

AND SO THAT JUST GIVES YOU JUST A LITTLE BIT OF A RUNDOWN OF THE BYLAWS OF THE, UH, UM, LGC.

THE NEXT TWO DOCUMENTS THAT I JUST WANTED TO FOCUS ON IS ONE IS AN LGC RESOLUTION, WHICH IS RESOLUTION, UH, R 2303, WHICH FOCUSES ON, UM, BASICALLY TWO THINGS.

NUMBER ONE GIVES THE CITY MANAGER AS THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATION, UH, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, THE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT OF THE LGC, AND THEN ALSO REQUIRES THAT ALL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THAT LEASE ARE SUBJECT TO AN AN, AN ANNUAL BUDGET.

UM, THAT TAKES US TO THE NEXT THING, AND THE RESOLUTION AND THE CONTRACT ARE KIND OF CONNECTED BECAUSE OF THAT AUTHORITY THAT THE RESOLUTION GIVES.

UM, AND THEN YOU HAVE YOUR EXECUTED CONTRACT ITSELF.

NOW, THAT CONTRACT WAS CREATED TO CREATE SOME BASICS, UM, BASIC UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THROUGH AND THE LGC ON HOW TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE GOLF COURSES.

THE TERM OF THAT GOES FROM JULY ONE TO SEPTEMBER 30TH, OR JULY 1ST, 2009 TO SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2026.

UM, WITH THAT, THERE ARE A COUPLE OF CLAUSES.

NUMBER ONE, THE CITY DOES TAKE CARE OF ALL FACILITY EXPENSES, AND YOU GO DOWN AND THERE'S AN APPENDIX A THAT SHARES WHAT THOSE EXPENSES WILL BE.

THEN ALSO IT TALKS ABOUT, UH, THE REQUIREMENT THAT LGC WHEN SELLING ALCOHOL HAS TO HAVE ALL THE APPROPRIATE PERMITS AND LICENSES TO DO SO.

AND THEN THE LAST THING JUST TO HIGHLIGHT IS THAT THE CITY WILL FUND ANY DEFICIT TO ENSURE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE CITY'S PROPERTY.

AND SO THOSE ARE JUST CO A COUPLE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF SOME OF THE, UM, DOCUMENTS THAT CREATE AND BUILD, UM, THE MANAGEMENT OF THE LGC.

BEFORE I DIVE INTO, UH, OUR FINANCIAL REVIEW, I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF THERE WERE, UM, ANY QUESTIONS, UNLESS YOU WANT ME TO KEEP GOING.

I MEAN, I SIGNED MY STUFF UP, BUT I WANT TO HEAR THE PRESENTATION IF YOU'LL 'CAUSE OTHERWISE, WE'LL BE HERE ALL NIGHT.

NEXT ONE GOES ON TO THE FINANCES.

SO, UH, AS WE'RE LOOKING AT THE FINANCES, JUST A BRIEF OVERVIEW.

A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, I CAME TO YOU GUYS AND SAID, LISTEN, UH, OUR EXPENDITURES

WERE ABOUT $2.34 MILLION, AND OUR REVENUE WAS, UM, JUST OVER 2 MILLION.

SO 2.05.

I WANTED TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE.

SO THE DIFFERENCE BACK IN APRIL WAS ABOUT 200, JUST UNDER $300,000, UM, IN THE HOLE.

AND SO AS OF MAY 31ST, OUR EXPENDITURES ARE ABOUT 3.1, AND OUR REVENUES 2.99.

AND SO PUT, THAT PUTS US NOW AT A DIFFERENCE OF JUST ABOUT $146,000 IN THE HOLE.

SO WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE STAFF HAVE BEEN REALLY FOCUSING ON THOSE EXPENDITURES AND MAKING SURE THAT REVENUES ARE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, WHICH HAS REALLY BEGUN TO CUT THAT GAP, WHICH IS WHAT WE WANNA DO.

WE WANT TO GET TO THAT $0 NUMBER FOR US.

UM, NEXT, THERE'S JUST A, JUST A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF SOME OF THE PROGRAMS OR THE AREAS IN THE, UM, GOLF COURSE.

WE'RE LOOKING AT OUR OPERATIONS, OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE CART SERVICE, WHICH IS OUT ON THE COURSE, OUR PRO SHOP.

UM, THE RANGE, THE GRILL AND THE CATERING.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE AREAS THAT WE REALLY FOCUS ON LOOKING AT THOSE REVENUE CYCLES AND LOOKING AT THE EXPENSES AND TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT, THAT WE'RE MEETING THOSE.

AND, UH, COUPLE OF ONES THAT I JUST WANNA POINT OUT, YOU LOOK AT YOUR GOLF OPERATIONS TWO MONTHS AGO, UM, WE WERE ACTUALLY IN THE HOLE IN THOSE GOLF OPERATIONS.

WE'VE NOW GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE, UM, OUR REVENUES ARE ABOVE OUR EXPENSES.

WE'RE REALLY EXCITED TO SEE THOSE, THOSE NUMBERS CONTINUE TO GROW.

UM, WE LOOK AT THE PRO SHOP, THE PRO SHOP, THE EXPENSES ARE ABOVE, UM, OUR REVENUES YEAR TO DATE.

AND SO THAT'S AN AREA WHERE WE REALLY NEED TO FOCUS ON.

WE REALLY NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO MORE EVENTS, NEW ACTIVITIES, AND REALLY BE ABLE TO FOCUS ON THE EXPENSES VERSUS THOSE REVENUES AND START BRINGING THAT NUMBER CLOSER TOGETHER.

BUT THAT'S A, JUST A QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE, UM, EXPENSES AND FINANCES.

LAST MONTH, I SHOWED YOU SOME GRAPHS ON THE GOLF SIDE.

THIS MONTH I WANTED TO START OFF WITH OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SIDE, LOOKING AT A THREE YEAR, UM, REVIEW OF WHERE OUR, UM, OUR REVENUES ARE FOR THAT FACILITY OR FOR OUR EVENTS.

AND AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE GREEN LINE, WE'VE REALLY SPENT THIS LAST, YOU KNOW, SIX MONTHS, UM, MAINTAINING A VERY STEADY PACE.

AND THAT'S ACTUALLY ONE OF THE GOALS OF THE STAFF, IS TO MAKE SURE THAT, THAT WE'RE NOT HAVING A HUGE DROP LIKE WE DID IN 2023 IN JUNE.

AND SO THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT.

WE'RE LOOKING AT THOSE THREE MONTH PROJECTIONS AND REVENUES AND SAYING, OKAY, WHERE ARE WE AT? WHERE, WHAT IS THE NUMBER OF EVENTS THAT WE HAVE IN THE COMING MONTHS? AND HOW ARE WE ADDRESSING THOSE TYPES OF SITUATIONS? UM, NEXT IS THE GRILL.

UM, WE, WE HAVE CONSIST BEEN VERY CONSISTENT WITH THE GRILL.

UH, YOU'RE LOOKING AT A DOWNWARD TREND AS WE'RE LOOKING AT THE, UH, END OF MAY, UH, MOVING INTO JUNE.

AND SO THAT'S AN AREA WHERE WE REALLY WANNA FOCUS ON, IN, IN JUST A SECOND.

I'LL TALK TO YOU ABOUT SOME WAYS THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE ABLE TO ADDRESS THAT.

UH, ONE OF THE WAYS IS BY HAVING A WEEKLY RECAP FROM OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE.

UM, WE'VE WORKED WITH OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR TO BE ABLE TO FOCUS ON A WEEK TO WEEK SCHEDULE, WHAT IS HAPPENING, WHAT IS HAPPENED IN THE PAST WEEK, WHAT ARE OUR GRILL SALES, WHAT ARE OUR EVENT SALES? UM, WHAT WHAT ARE SOME OF OUR TOP SELLERS? WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT THOSE ARE SO WE CAN FOCUS ON THOSE.

OF COURSE, AS YOU CAN SEE, A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, THE ANGUS BURGER WAS OUR TOP SELLER.

UM, TITO'S WAS OUR TOP ALCOHOL, UM, THAT WE SOLD AS WELL.

OVER THE LAST THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, WE'VE ALSO BEEN BRINGING IN, UM, SOME WEEKLY, UM, DRINKS THAT HAVE REALLY ALSO INCREASED, UH, SALES AS WELL.

SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE REALLY FOCUSED ON, UM, OVER THE NEXT 30 DAYS, WE'LL BE CREATING A BRAND NEW MENU FOR THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE FOR, FOR THE GRILL SPECIFICALLY.

ONCE THAT MENU IS CREATED, WE'RE GONNA SPEND THE NEXT TWO MONTHS AFTER THAT DOING A FAIR AMOUNT OF RESEARCH ON IT, UM, DOING SOME TASTINGS WITH THE COMMUNITY AND REALLY TRYING TO GET SOME OPINIONS ON, ON THAT NEW MENU BEFORE WE FULLY ROLL THAT OUT.

NEXT, WE'RE ALSO LOOKING AT TRACKING OUR TRENDS.

WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT OUR DAILY REVENUE IS.

WE NEED TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF MEALS ARE THAT ARE SERVED.

WE HAVE TO LOOK AT OUR DAILY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

UM, WE, AND WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT OUR TOP SELLERS ARE.

THESE ARE CRITICAL FOR US TO BE ABLE TO KNOW HOW WE'RE TRACKING AND HOW WE'RE TRENDING.

UM, OF COURSE, NEXT 30 DAYS, WE WILL BE ONLINE WITH A GRUBHUB, UM, OR AN UBER EATS OR ONE OF THOSE POSITIONS.

WE'RE ACTUALLY GONNA GO OUT WITH A SURVEY TO THE COMMUNITY AND FIND OUT WHAT THE TOP ONE OF THOSE THREE ARE SO THAT WAY WE CAN FOCUS SPECIFICALLY ON, ON SIGNING UP WITH ONE AT A TIME AND FOCUS ON

THE TOP ONE IN THE COMMUNITY CURRENTLY.

SO THAT WAY WE'RE NOT DUMPING OURSELVES INTO THREE DIFFERENT ADDITIONAL PARTNERS.

UM, WE REALLY WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE EFFECTIVE, UM, AND, AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN WE MAKE THAT CHANGE.

THE NEXT ONE IS, UM, IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS, WE WILL BE INCREASING OUR BAR HOURS ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAY NIGHTS, AND HAVING A LATE NIGHT BAR MENU THAT'LL BE FOCUSED SPECIFICALLY ON, ON YOUR TYPICAL BAR FOODS, BUT WE'LL ALSO MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF STAFF THAT WILL BE HAVING TO WORK ON AT THE BAR AS WELL.

UM, WE'RE STANDARDIZING OUR MARKETING PLAN.

WE'RE REALLY FOCUSED ON PARTNERING WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS.

WE'RE GONNA START DOING OUR FIRST FRIDAY EVENTS.

UM, THE OLYMPICS ARE COMING UP, AND SO WE'RE GONNA BE DOING SOME EVENTS AROUND THE OLYMPICS, A LOT OF PATIO, UM, MEALS, FOCUSING ON WATCHING THE OLYMPICS, CHEERING AS A, AS A GROUP TOGETHER, THE NBA FINALS ARE THERE.

AND THEN LASTLY, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE ALSO DOING IS REALLY LOOKING AT THOSE THREE AND SIX MONTH TRENDS, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENTS AND CATERING, AND MAKING SURE THAT WE'RE TARGET MARKETING TOWARDS THOSE SLOWER MONTHS.

SO THAT WAY WE CAN REALLY FOCUS ON BRINGING IN ADDITIONAL EVENTS, UM, DURING THOSE TIMES.

ANOTHER THING THAT WE ARE FOCUSED ON IS SERVICE.

WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR SERVICE STANDARDS ARE REALLY HIGH.

AND SO ONE OF THE WAYS IN WHICH WE HAVE BEGUN OVER THE LAST WEEK OR SO IS CREATING SERVICE AUDITS OR SERVER AUDITS.

OUR MANAGEMENT STAFF ACTUALLY SIT IN THE GRILL AND EVALUATE OUR STAFF DURING THEIR SHIFTS, FOCUSING ON, UM, THEIR EXPERIENCE, FOCUSING ON THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, FOCUSING ON HOW THOSE PEOPLE ARE GREETED, WHAT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE AREA IS, AND REALLY TRYING TO PINPOINT THOSE AREAS THAT WE ARE DEFICIENT IN.

AND THEN BEING ABLE TO TAKE THAT DEFICIENCY AND SAYING, OKAY, WE'RE GONNA CREATE TRAININGS TO BE ABLE TO IMPROVE THAT.

NEXT THING, GOING TO THE GOLF SIDE, UM, LAST TIME I WAS HERE, I TOLD YOU THAT, UH, WE'VE SET A COUPLE OF GOALS FOR GOLF.

NUMBER ONE, WE WANT TO AVERAGE AT LEAST 5,000 ROUNDS ON OUR TWO COURSES.

AND THEN NUMBER TWO, WE WANT MAKE SURE THAT OUR AVERAGE REVENUE PER ROUND IS AT $37 RIGHT NOW.

UM, WE'RE WELL ABOVE THAT 5,000, UM, ROUND GOAL, UM, WHICH IS REALLY EXCITING.

AND SO WE'RE CONTINUING TO LOOK AT WAYS TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE GETTING PEOPLE ON THE COURSE AND DOING IT AS EFFECTIVE, EFFECTIVELY AS POSSIBLE.

THE NEXT ONE IS LOOKING AT THAT AVERAGE REVENUE PER ROUND.

UM, WE HAVEN'T QUITE MET THAT SET $37 GOAL YET, UM, BUT WE'RE, WE'RE RIGHT THERE AND WE'RE KEEPING ON PUSHING, LOOKING AT OUR COSTS AND SAYING, OKAY, HOW ARE WE DOING THAT? ONE OF THE WAYS THAT ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE CURRENTLY LOOKING AT IS LOOKING AT THE NUMBER OF COMP ROUNDS THAT ARE HAPPENING ON THE COURSE AND HOW THAT AFFECTS DIRECTLY AFFECTS THIS REVENUE NUMBER AS WELL.

UM, AND THEN I ALSO WANTED TO JUST SHARE WITH YOU THE PRO SHOP REVENUE.

UM, I SHOWED IT AT THE BEGINNING, UM, THAT BREAKDOWN OF OUR EXPENSES TO REVENUE AND SAID THAT THE PRO SHOP IS AN AREA THAT WE REALLY NEED TO FOCUS ON.

AND AS YOU CAN SEE, YOU CAN SEE THAT OUR REVENUE NUMBERS, UM, HAVE DROPPED OVER, UM, THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND WE'RE NOT WHERE WE ACTUALLY NEED TO BE.

AND SO WE'RE BEGINNING TO LOOK AT WHAT ARE OUR TOP SELLERS IN THE PRO SHOP, HOW DO WE FOCUS ON THAT AND HOW DO WE ADDRESS THAT DEFICIT? ONE OF OUR TOP SELLERS CURRENTLY IS OUR CLUBS.

UM, WHEN WE HAVE A TRY IT OR AND BUY IT EVENT, WE SEE A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF CLUBS THAT WE SELL BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE TRYING THE NEW NEWEST CLUB, TITLEIST JUST CAME OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CLUB OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS, WE'RE GONNA HAVE A TRY IT AND BUY IT EVENT.

AND IT'S A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE TO GET THEIR HANDS AND REALLY EXPERIENCE THESE NEW CLUBS.

AND SO THOSE ARE, THAT'S ONE OF THE WAYS IN WHICH WE ARE GONNA BE FOCUSING ON INCREASING REVENUE.

SO AS YOU SEE THERE WHERE IT SAYS COMMUNITY SALES EVENT, WE'RE GONNA HAVE, UM, INCREASED TRY AND BUY EVENTS.

ALSO, OUR FIRST FRIDAY EVENT THAT WE'RE DOING, UM, WILL BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PRO SHOP TO BE ABLE TO HAVE SALES AND BE ABLE TO GET PEOPLE IN TRYING NEW CLOTHING AND ALSO THE CLUBS AS WELL.

UM, SO WE'RE LOOKING AT THESE GOLF OPERATIONS, WE'RE MAKING SURE WE'RE MEETING OUR GOALS.

WE'RE LOOKING AT WAYS TO INCREASE MARKETING AND STANDARDIZING THAT ACTUAL MARKETING PLAN.

WE'RE FOCUSING ON PLAY.

WE WANT PEOPLE ON THAT COURSE.

THE MORE PEOPLE WE HAVE ON THE COURSE, THE MORE PEOPLE IN THE, IN THE PRO SHOP, THE MORE BALLS THAT WE SELL, THE MORE CLUBS THAT WE SELL.

UM, NEXT THING THAT WE ALSO WANNA DO IS WE WANNA FOCUS ON A STAY AND PLAY PARTNERSHIP.

WE HAVE HOTELS IN THIS COMMUNITY AND IT REALLY SHOULD BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO ATTRACT PEOPLE HERE AND ATTRACT THEM TO ONE

OF THE BEST GOLF COURSES IN FORT BEND COUNTY.

AND SO IT'S A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THAT TYPE OF A PARTNERSHIP FOR PEOPLE TO STAY OVERNIGHT AND THEN COME PLAY OUR COURSE.

UM, WE'RE PRIORITIZING OUR STAFFING LEVELS AND TRAINING AS WE SHOWED THROUGH OUR, OUR, UM, OUR EVALUATIONS.

AND THEN THE LAST THING IS, IS WE'RE REALLY LOOKING AT STANDARDIZING OUR MAINTENANCE LEVELS ON THE GOLF COURSE ITSELF.

THAT IS PROBABLY ONE OF OUR LARGEST EXPENSES.

AND SO WE REALLY NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE UNDERSTAND, UM, HOW TO EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE THAT SERVICE ON THE COURSE.

AND THEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE LIVING UP TO THAT, THAT MAINTENANCE LEVEL.

I DID WANNA SHARE WITH YOU GUYS JUST A BRIEF BREAKDOWN OF OUR TOP 10 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.

UH, YOU'RE LOOKING AT, UM, OUR BRIGHTVIEW GOLF MAINTENANCE.

LIKE I SAID, OUR NUMBER ONE EXPENSE IS THAT MAINTENANCE ON THE GOLF COURSE.

AND THEN YOU HAVE BENNY KEITH, OUR FOOD PROVIDER, PNC EQUIPMENT FINANCE, WHICH IS, UM, THE LEASE OF OUR GOLF CARTS, UM, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, SO AN EXPENSE FOR INSURANCE FOR OUR STAFF.

A CUSH NET COMPANY, WHICH IS THE OWNER OF A TITLEIST.

UM, THE OTHER THING, UM, THAT I WANTED TO POINT OUT WAS ON THE TOURNAMENTS I WAS VISITING WITH A, A RESIDENT, UM, WHO ACTUALLY FREQUENTS THE GOLF COURSE AND PLAYS REGULARLY.

AND THEY MENTIONED THAT ON BUSY TOURNAMENT DAYS AND TIMES WHERE THEY PLAY BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF STAFF AND THE, AND THE PRO SHOP, THEY'VE SEEN PEOPLE, UH, WALK AWAY WITH ITEMS. UH, AND SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT OUR SECURITY MECHANISMS AND THINGS ARE TO PREVENT, UH, THEFT.

UM, BUT, YOU KNOW, IF YOU HAVE ONE PERSON WORKING THE PRO SHOP AND IT'S A BUSY TOURNAMENT GOING ON, I MEAN, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN'T WATCH EVERYBODY.

YOU, YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO ENSURE THAT YOU'RE NOT BARRING PEOPLE FROM HAVING ACCESS TO THE FACILITY IN A HEARTBEAT.
