UH, SO, UH, IF THIS IS APPROVED BY Y'ALL AND THIS CBOA, THEN THEY'LL BE ABLE TO HAVE TWO LOTS. SO WE DO HAVE JUST A SMALL PORTION OF LAND THAT REMAINS UNDEVELOPED. UM, AND AGAIN, WITH THE ZONING CASES THAT WE GET FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT, WE JUST WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE A COLLECTIVE VISION FOR WHAT WE WANT THAT TO LOOK LIKE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE A LOT OF THESE AREA, OR A LOT OF THE UNDEVELOPED LAND ARE IN VERY, UM, ARE IN VERY HIGH GROWTH AREAS. UM, AND SO THEN BETWEEN THEN AND NOW IN JULY AND AUGUST MONTH, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FINALIZING THE QUESTIONNAIRE, WHICH WE'LL BE SENDING OUT TO THE PUBLIC, UM, AS WELL AS FINALIZING THE WEBSITE, WHICH WILL HAVE, UM, ALL OF OUR INFORMATION ON THERE, INCLUDING THE QUESTIONNAIRE STUDY AREAS, AND ANY UPCOMING MEETINGS. THOSE WERE THE MAIN CORRIDORS, BUT THERE WERE SOME OTHERS THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION.
