SO YOU'RE SAYING, YOU KNOW, IF MEDICAL, YOU KNOW, BECOMES, YOU KNOW, ONE OF THE DESIRES THAT, YOU KNOW, THE CITY REALLY WANTS TO RECRUIT, OR THE CITY REALLY WANTS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES, YOU KNOW, FOR, YOU KNOW, TIER ONE, YOU KNOW, UM, MEDICAL FACILITY, UM, THEN IT WOULD BE IDENTIFYING THAT LOCATION, PUTTING IT ON THE FUTURE LAND USE PLA PLAN IS, WE SEE THIS AS THE OPPORTUNITY, YOU KNOW, FOR THIS USE. AND SO THEN THE ZONING WOULD BE IN LINE TO SUPPORT, UM, THOSE USES AND THAT MIX OF USE, UM, THAT, THAT POLICY, UM, WOULD PROVIDE FOR JENNIFER, I, THIS IS PROBABLY REDUNDANT BECAUSE THEY'VE TOUCHED ON IT, BUT YOU GO THROUGH THE WHOLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, YOU IDENTIFY WHAT WE HAVE LEFT BECAUSE THE CITY DIDN'T DO A LOT OF LAND BANKING OVER THE YEARS, SO WE HAVE A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF LAND THAT'S AVAILABLE ONCE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IS FINISHED, DOES THE CITY IDENTIFY THOSE PLOTS OF LAND THAT ARE STILL AVAILABLE? AND FOR EXAMPLE, AS YOU SAID, WE NEED HEALTHCARE. ARE THERE ANY PROACTIVE CONVERSATIONS THAT LEGALLY CAN BE HAD WITH A LANDOWNER IN A PARTICULAR AREA WHERE THIS MAY BE SUITABLE AS OPPOSED TO WAITING FOR THEM TO COME AND GO THROUGH THE PROCESS THEN IS IT, DOES THE CITY HAVE THE ABILITY FROM A LEGAL STANDPOINT OF VIEW JUST TO MAYBE STIR UP SOME CONVERSATION? YEAH, MOST DEFINITELY. UM, MOST DEFINITELY. AND THAT'S WHERE, YOU KNOW, THE CITY USES, YOU KNOW, ALL KINDS OF RESOURCES. UM, AND SO, YOU KNOW, IN TERMS OF LAND BANKING, LAND BANKING IS PART OF THE, THE CONVERSATION, UM, PART OF, UH, THE CITY MANAGER'S FOCUS, UM, AS WELL. UM, SO THAT IS, UM, BECOMING, YOU KNOW, PART OF, YOU KNOW, THE GOALS AND, UM, KIND OF PRIORITIES, YOU KNOW, IN TERMS OF OPPORTUNITIES AND A PROCESS AND A SYSTEM, UM, IN ORDER TO CONSIDER THAT.
