YES, SHASHI KUMAR. GOOD EVENING, UH, MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL. IF YOU MAY RECALL, UH, IN OCTOBER 21ST, WE DID A VERY ELABORATE WORKSHOP ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FEASIBILITY STUDY. UH, THE COUNCIL, UH, GAVE THE DIRECTION TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE DESIGN AND EXPANSION OF THE DINING FACILITY THAT WAS JUST DISCUSSED, THE BAR REMODEL AS WELL AS THE RESTROOMS. SO THIS SCOPE OF WORK IS TO DESIGN AND PUT TOGETHER A SET OF PLANS, BIDDABLE PLANS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE SAME. I ALSO WANT TO CLARIFY THAT THE COUNCIL DIRECTED AT THIS TIME NOT TO PROCEED WITH WHAT WE CALL THE EVENT CENTER. SO THE EVENT CENTER IS NOT INCLUDED. SO WHILE WE ARE EARNESTLY WORKING IN PUTTING BACK THE GOLF COURSE, THE BLUE BONNET AND THE KITCHEN TO BE OPEN IN MAY 1ST, JUST LIKE DONNY TALKED ABOUT, LY, WE WILL BE WORKING AT DESIGNING THIS EXPANSION OR REMODEL AND PIGGYBACK WITH THE BUILDING, THIS PIECE OF THE PROJECT, AS WELL AS THIS IS BEING, UH, AS THE FACILITY IS GETTING READY TO OPEN IN MAY. AS DONNIE MENTIONED, THE TARGET DATE FOR THAT IS MAY OF NEXT YEAR. NOW, THIS EXPANSION, THE BAR REMODEL EXPANSION, ALTHOUGH WE ARE WORKING VERY LY, THE TEAM WAS THERE AT THIS FACILITY FOR TWO HOURS RIGHT BEFORE THIS COUNCIL MEETING. IT IS GONNA TAKE US LONGER TO DO THAT PROBABLY BY THE END OF THE NEXT YEAR, BUT YOU'LL HAVE A PIECE OF THE FACILITY OPEN. IT'LL BE OPEN FOR PUBLIC WHILE WE ARE WORKING ON THE EXPANSION OF THE DINING AND THE BAR REMODEL AREA. BUT THE GOLF COURSE OPERATIONS WILL BE BACK IN NORMAL AND, UH, IT'LL BE SERVING THE PUBLIC WHILE THE EXPANSION IS BEING WORKED ON. BUT TIME IS OF HIS ESSENCE, AND WE ARE MOVING VERY EARNESTLY ON THIS PROJECT, RECOGNIZING COUNCIL MEMBER EMERY. YES. SO THERE IS A RESTROOM COMPONENT THAT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS AS WELL NOW. SO YOU'RE LOOKING PROBABLY CLOSE TO $2 MILLION IN TERMS OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS.
