STRAIGHT ZONING. FOR THE FIRST QUARTER, WE HAVE FIVE THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. ON SUBDIVISION PLATS APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF ANY STREET UTILITY AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ON ANY PARCEL OF LAND, AND PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
