WHEREAS NATIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATIONS WEEK HONORS THESE PROFESSIONALS FOR THEIR VITAL ROLE IN PROTECTING LIFE AND PROPERTY. AND WHEREAS, PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATORS ARE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT IN EMERGENCIES, PROVIDING CRITICAL INFORMATION AND ENSURING TIMELY ASSISTANCE. AND WHEREAS THEY MAINTAIN A CALM AND STEADY PRESENCE DURING MOMENTS OF CRISIS, PROVIDING REASSURANCE AND GUIDING CALLERS THROUGH FRIGHTENING AND OFTEN LIFE THREATENING SITUATIONS UNTIL HELP ARRIVES. JUST I'LL TRY TO GO THROUGH THIS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. OVER IN THE FIRST TEE, WE HAD A RIBBON CUTTING ABOUT TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AGO OR TWO WEEKS AGO. THE PUTTING AND CHIPPING RENOVATION IS TAKING

PLACE NOW. ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE, THEY'RE DOING THE CHIPPING GREEN. IT'S THE IT SAYS THE COMPLETION IS EXPECTED. THE EXPECTED OPENING IS IN FALL OF 2026. THE COMPLETION OF THE RENOVATION WILL BE DONE HERE IN ABOUT TWO MONTHS OR SO. AS FAR AS THE NEW PUTTING GREEN BEHIND THE CLUBHOUSE, IT IS ESSENTIALLY DONE AND READY FOR USE. THE ONE PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE WITH A PUTTING GREEN IS THAT THERE'S SO MUCH TRAFFIC ON THE PUTTING GREEN THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S MATURE. SO YOU HAVE TO LIKE, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH IT. SO WE'LL PROBABLY WAIT FOR ABOUT A MONTH OR SO TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S MATURE BEFORE WE START USING IT. AS FAR AS THE MAINTENANCE FACILITY WE HAD TO WALK THROUGH TODAY, WE WE ARE JUST WAITING FOR THE FIRE PERMIT. SO I APOLOGIZE WHAT I SAID EARLIER. CHIEF, IF THAT IS DONE, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE IN STARTING NEXT WEEK AND IT LOOKS GREAT. IT'S A GREAT FACILITY. AND WE DID ADDRESS MEMBER CONCERNS WITH COLORING THE PAINT WITH SHRUBBERY AROUND SOME TREES, AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A REALLY NICE PROJECT. AS FAR AS THE LA QUINTA GOLF COURSE, THE BATHROOMS ARE COMPLETE AND NUMBER THREE WAS RENOVATED AND THE OTHER TWO WERE COMPLETE AND THEY'RE READY. THE DRAINAGE WORK WAS COMPLETED LAST WEEK. WE FINISHED UP THE LAST OF THE CONCERNS FROM THE RESIDENTS AND THE. WE HAVE SOME OTHER PUNCH LIST ITEMS THAT WE'RE ADDRESSING RIGHT NOW. OBVIOUSLY, WE'VE GONE THROUGH IT OVER AND OVER. WE'RE JUST WAITING FOR WEATHER. IT DEPENDS ON WHETHER, YOU KNOW, JUST LIKE THIS PAST WEEK, YOU YOU WANT IT TO RAIN, YOU DON'T WANT IT TO RAIN TOO MUCH. AND SO WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES. BUT WE'RE GOING TO, WE'RE JUST GOING TO BE AS COGNIZANT AS WE CAN, TRY TO PUSH IT, BUT NOT BE DUMB AND BE PRAGMATIC ABOUT OUR DECISION TO OPEN IT. AS FAR AS THE REMODELING GOING ON, THE EXPANSION OF THE CLUBHOUSE. THE BLUEBONNET ROOM WAS STARTED IN 2025, THE COMPLETION OF BAR RESTAURANTS NOW EXPECTED IN THE SUMMER. WE DID HAVE SOME SOME DELAYS THAT I'LL GET TO HERE IN A SECOND. AND THE NEW DINING AREA, WE'RE REALLY EXCITED. IT'S GOING TO DOUBLE OUR CAPACITY AS FAR AS CLUB OPERATIONS. STARTING IN JANUARY, WE IMPLEMENTED NEW GOLF RATES AND POLICIES THAT WERE INTRODUCED, INCLUDING CARTS. WE HAD. WE'VE HAD ABOUT 140 CARTS REGISTER. AND SO AND WE'VE SEEN, WE'VE BEEN REALLY FOCUSING ON UTILIZING TEE TIMES. IT'S WHAT I SAID WHEN I GOT HERE. WE'VE BEEN REALLY FOCUSED AND WE'VE INCREASED ROUNDS OF GOLF, 40% REVENUES THE PRIOR YEAR ARE INCREASED 50%. WE'RE PACING AHEAD OF BUDGETED REVENUES. BUT THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS, YOU KNOW, WE HAVE THE EXPENSES OF TWO GOLF COURSES. WE GOT THE CARTS, WE GOT THE MAINTENANCE AND THE REVENUES OF ONE GOLF COURSE IS NOT ENOUGH. BUT WE'RE IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE AND WE'VE BEEN REALLY PROUD OF WHAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH. THE RESTAURANT REVENUES HAVE STEADILY INCREASED. WE HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK ON OUR FOOD, WE HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK ON OUR SERVICE. AND AND AS WE'RE GOING FORWARD, WE'RE DOING REALLY GOOD ON OUR FORECASTED REVENUES OF WHAT'S COMING UP FOR THE MONTH OF MAY. WE HAVE $80,000 BOOKED FOR OUTSIDE EVENTS UP THERE. AND THAT'S, YOU KNOW, IT'S HARD BECAUSE YOU HAVE RENOVATIONS GOING ON. YOU STILL HAVE CONSTRUCTION. YOU ONLY HAVE AN ELEVATOR GOING UP AND DOWN. SO IT MAKES IT A LITTLE BIT DIFFICULT AND IT DOESN'T SHOW AS WELL AS IT WILL. BUT WE'VE GOT WE'VE GOT A LOT OF PEOPLE CALLING IN AND WE'RE WE'RE GOING TO BE RIGHT PRE BOROUGH AS SOON AS WE OPEN UP. SO. AND THEN AS FAR AS THE OPENING, WHAT I TALKED TO ABOUT A LOT OF THAT IS ATTRIBUTED TO SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS. YOU GET YOUR AIR CONDITIONER COMES IN A MONTH LATE, THEN IT DELAYS THAT OF EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT A MONTH HAD SOME ISSUES WITH SOME WINDOWS AND DOORS. SO, YOU KNOW, WE'LL GET THERE. AND THEN JUST LOOKING FORWARD VERY QUICKLY, YOU KNOW, YOU TRY NOT TO GET DETERRED WITH THE LITTLE THINGS, JUST FOCUSING ON GROWING REVENUES AND ELEVATING THE EXPERIENCE. THOSE HAVE BEEN OUR OUR MAIN CONCERNS. JUST STAY FOCUSED ON THE MAIN THINGS THAT BRING YOU THE MOST REVENUE AS FAR AS OPENING OUTLETS, JUST DO IT IN A PRAGMATIC MANNER. LIKE I SAID AT THE PUTTING GREEN, YOU DON'T WANT TO RUSH IT. GOLF COURSES ARE LIKE WORSE THAN RESTAURANTS. YOU KNOW, IF YOU'RE AT A PRIVATE GOLF COURSE AND THE GOLF COURSE OPENS TOO SOON, THOSE MEMBERS ARE STILL GOING TO COME BACK. BUT WHEN YOU'RE AT A PUBLIC GOLF COURSE THAT FIRST, IT'S GOING TO TAKE A WHILE. IF YOU HAVE SOMEBODY WHO HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE, IT'S GOING TO TAKE THEM A WHILE TO COME BACK. SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE WE DO A GOOD JOB WHEN WE OPEN AND PROVIDE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WHEN WE DO, WE'RE HIRING PERSONNEL AS WE GROW AND EXPAND OURS. AS THE OPERATIONS AND THE REVENUES DICTATE. RIGHT NOW, WE'RE CLOSED AT ABOUT 6:00 IN THE PRO SHOP. WE'LL PROBABLY OPEN UP AT SEVEN. AS WE GET FURTHER.
