The subject site is located southeast of the intersection of State Highway 6 and Vicksburg Boulevard, southwest of the intersection of State Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Toll Road, and east of the Oakwick Forest Estates Residential Subdivision.

The subject site is located on the northeast corner of State Highway 6 and Murphy Rd., south of the Wells Fargo Bank, west of the Quail Valley Thunderbird West residential subdivision at 3803 and 3807 Murphy Rd. and 3660 Glenn Lakes Ln.

(c) Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional service agreement for Middle Oyster Creek/Stafford Run drainage and detention analysis.
(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a License Agreement between the City of Houston and the Cities of Missouri City and Sugar Land for use of the radio communications system located at 3849 Cartwright Road.
