(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Aaron Galloway on behalf of the Missouri City Church of Christ to amend Specific Use Permit #1 (Ordinance O-81-22) to allow for additional deviations to monument sign regulations; providing for penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located north of Evans Road, west of the Bradford Village Residential Subdivision, south of Glover Elementary, and east of the Meadow Creek Residential Subdivision.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Jeff Rees, Pastor of the Grace Fellowship of Fort Bend on behalf of owners Asho, LP, City of Missouri
City, TX, Colony Baptist Church, Crossing at Sienna Ranch, Ltd., Diocese of
Galveston-Houston, First Sienna Group, Ltd., Fort Bend Independent School District,
Sarah Anne Register 1992 Qualified Subchapter S. Trust, Shops at Sienna Ranch,
Sienna 93, LP, Sienna Johnson North, LP, Sienna Plantation Levee Improvement
District, and the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church (Harvest
United Methodist Church) to amend Ordinance O-07-42 pertaining to PD, Planned
Development District #35 to allow for the locating of a place of assembly: church or
other religious institution within Tract I-11-21; providing for penalty; providing for
severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The
subject site is located along the west side of Sienna Parkway and is west of the
Waterbrook and Silver Ridge residential subdivisions, south of the Waterbrook West
residential subdivision, and north of the Woods residential subdivision.
(3) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mina Barekzei of STM and Associates on behalf of Gary Hamidan and Ali Qattom to amend
Ordinance O-09-01 pertaining to PD, Planned Development District #66 to allow for
deviations from the architectural style of exterior accent materials in order to develop
a 9er’s Grill Restaurant Franchise; providing for penalty; providing for severability;
and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site
is located northwest of the intersection of State Highway 6 and Colonial Lakes Drive,
south of the Kids R Kids Learning Center and west of the Goodwill Store and Oyster
Creek Plantation Subdivision.

judges.
(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a Participation
Agreement with Fort Bend County relating to the expansion of Reinvestment Zone
Number One, City of Missouri City.
(e) Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a Participation
Agreement with Fort Bend County Drainage District relating to the expansion of
Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Missouri City.

Issuance of City of Missouri City, Texas, General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series
2010; authorizing defeasance of certain bonds, the execution and delivery of an Escrow
Agreement, the purchase of certain securities and the use of certain funds related to the
bonds to be refunded; and making other provisions regarding such bonds, including use of
the proceeds thereof, and matters incident thereto and to consider the ordinance on the
first and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 62,
Municipal Court, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Missouri City, Texas; providing
rules and regulations for the operation of Courts, the transfer of cases, and the
authority of Judges and the Court Administrator, repealing all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict therewith; and providing for severability; and to consider the
ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution enlarging the boundaries of Reinvestment Zone Number One,
City of Missouri City.
