(b) Consider authorizing purchase of office supplies through cooperative contracts.
(c) Consider authorizing an interlocal agreement with the City of Fort Worth for cooperative purchasing.
(d) Consider authorizing an agreement with JP Morgan Chase Bank for purchasing cards.
(e) Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement for consulting management services.
(f) Consider acceptance of Quarterly Investment Report for Period Ending September 30, 2010.
(g) Consider accepting a report concerning impact fees and the capital improvements plan from the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee.

(a) Consider acceptance of Fiscal Year 2010 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
(b) Consider awarding a contract for Website Design and Content Management Services.
(c) Consider authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into an agreement with Texas Government Solutions/John Greytok for legislative lobbying services.
(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into an agreement with Alcalde & Fay to provide federal government relations and legislative lobbying services.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 14, Buildings and Building Regulations, by rescinding regulations for change of occupant inspections and sellers’ disclosure notice requirements; repealing ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; providing a penalty; providing an effective date; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending the general budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and to consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending the Planning and Development Permit Schedule of Fees by eliminating Residential Change of Occupant Fees; repealing Resolution R-09-42, adopted on December 21, 2009; and providing an effective date.
(b) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a Tax Abatement Agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas and Star Gessner Properties, LTD., pertaining to certain improvements to Reserve "A," Section 1 of Gessner Road Commerce Park located in Reinvestment Zone No. 7 in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(c) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a Tax Abatement Agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas and Star Gessner Properties, LTD, pertaining to certain improvements to Reserves "A,""B,""C,""D,""E,""F," and "G" of South Gessner Road Industrial Park located in Reinvestment Zone No. 7 in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(d) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, granting consent to First Colony Municipal Utility District No. 9 to annex certain land situated within the corporate limits of the City of Missouri City, Texas.
