(a) Zoning Public Hearings and Ordinances
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Ismail Urfi of N & N Associates on behalf of A-S 91 Fort Bend Parkway - Hwy 6, L.P., Kroger, Texas, L.P., Dr. Assad Sergie, and SMBC Leasing and Finance Inc. to amend Planned Development District #62 (Ordinance O-09-26) to allow for deviations to the City's Zoning Ordinance for the development of a Popeye's Restaurant; providing for penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located southeast of the intersection of State Highway 6 and Vicksburg Boulevard, southwest of the intersection of State Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Toll Road and east of the Oakwick Forest Estates Residential Subdivision.
(b) Public Hearings and related actions - There are no Public Hearings and Related Actions on this agenda.

9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider awarding a contract for grounds maintenance services.
(b) Consider ratifying the City Manager's execution of the Addendum to the Contract for Residential and Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Services between the City of Missouri City and BFI Waste Services of Texas, LP, D/B/A Republic Services of Houston.

11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest an Economic Development Agreement among Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Missouri City, the Missouri City Development Authority and the City of Missouri City lending funding for enclosed drainage at Texas Parkway and Cartwright Road related to the Texas Parkway Sidewalks Project and providing for repayment of such loan.
