(c) Consider declaring an exemption under Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code and authorize the emergency purchase of a brush truck.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance enlarging the boundaries of Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Missouri City by the inclusion of portions of the rights-of-way of Lake Shore Harbour Boulevard and Vicksburg Boulevard; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Ordinance No.
O-10-10 creating Reinvestment Zone No. 6 encompassing Reserves 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Block 2 of Lakeview Business Park located in the Fondren Road/Buffalo Run area in the City of Missouri City, Texas; making related findings and providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(c) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 18, Businesses, of the Missouri City Code; adopting rules and regulations prohibiting a person who does not hold a required state license from establishing or operating an assisted living facility in the city; adopting rules and regulations providing for the emergency closure of certain assisted living facilities; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(d) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 18, Businesses, of the Missouri City Code; establishing rules and regulations for the operation of boarding home facilities; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, granting consent to First Colony Municipal Utility District No. 9 to issue refunding bonds at private sale.
