(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to Section 4, Definitions, Section 7, Use Districts, and Section 9, Supplementary District Regulations, of Appendix A of the City of Missouri City Zoning Ordinance; providing rules and regulations relating to the outside placement of materials, merchandise, equipment and sales and services; repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing a penalty; providing for severability; providing an effective date; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to Section 4, Definitions, and Section 7, Use Districts, of Appendix A of the City of Missouri City Zoning Ordinance; providing rules and regulations relating to water and wastewater treatment and disposal systems; prohibiting the use of private, onsite water and wastewater treatment and disposal systems (private utilities) in the City of Missouri City except in certain areas of R rural single-family residential and R-1 single-family residential districts; repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider authorizing an interlocal agreement between the City of Missouri City and the Houston-Galveston Area Council for a subregional planning study.
(b) Consider awarding a contract for and authorizing the negotiation of an agreement for the administration of the Storm Water Management Program.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of a Radio Communications System License between Fort Bend County, the City of Sugar Land, and the City of Missouri City, Texas, to allow the placement of antennae on the Public Safety Radio Tower.

(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 86, Utilities, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules and regulations relating to the installation of septic tanks; repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City of Missouri City, Texas, approving the submission of the Community Oriented Policing Services Hiring Program grant application to the Department of Justice to fund the hiring of additional police officers; designating the Administrative Captain as the authorized Representative of the City of Missouri City for submitting such application and the Mayor as the City of Missouri City's authorized official to accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant; and containing other provisions related thereto.
