(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending a resolution adopted on February 7, 2005, R-05-05, relating to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 46; amending and restating the terms and conditions of such consent resolution to allow Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 46 to issue bonds for parks and recreational facilities; providing for repeal; and providing for severability.
(b) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest an Economic Development Agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas, FWP 14623 LLC and Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Company, L.P., pertaining to certain improvements to Reserves 8 and 9 in Section 2 of Lakeview Business Park located in the City of Missouri City, Texas.

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mike Oxley of the Dimension Group on behalf of KFC US Properties, Inc. to rezone an approximate
0.516 acre tract of land from LC-3, Retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for deviations from the City's Zoning Ordinance to allow for a proposed exterior redesign of an existing KFC restaurant, providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 2210 Texas Parkway, southwest of the intersection of Texas Parkway and Independence Boulevard.
(b) Public Hearings and related actions
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 82, Subdivisions, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules and regulations relating to filing preliminary plats; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a proposed ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, creating Reinvestment Zone No. 8 encompassing Reserves 26 and 27 in Block 3 of Lakeview Business Park located in the Fondren Road/Buffalo Run area in the City of Missouri City, Texas; making related findings; and providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

(a) Consider appointing members to various boards, commissions, and committees.
9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider authorizing the execution of a Contract for Residential and Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Services between the City of Missouri City and BFI Waste Services of Texas, LP, D/B/A Republic Services of Houston.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement between Sienna Plantation Municipal Utility District No. 1 and the City of Missouri City, Texas for the design and construction of the Regional Force Main and Lift Station from Sienna Plantation to the Steep Bank/Flat Bank Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant.
