(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mike Oxley of the Dimension Group on behalf of KFC US Properties, Inc. to rezone an approximate 0.516 acre tract of land from LC-3, Retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for deviations from the City of Missouri City's Zoning Ordinance to allow for a proposed exterior redesign of an existing KFC restaurant, providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located at 2210 Texas Parkway, southwest of the intersection of Texas Parkway and Independence Boulevard.

(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to Section 4, Definitions, Section 7A, Architectural Design Standards, Section 13, Sign Regulations, and Section 14, Fence Regulations, contained in the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to architectural design standards - primary materials and business identity colors; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(b) Public Hearings and related actions

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 82, Subdivisions, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules and regulations relating to filing preliminary plats; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a proposed ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, creating Reinvestment Zone No. 8 encompassing Reserves 26 and 27 in Block 3 of Lakeview Business Park located in the Fondren Road/Buffalo Run area in the City of Missouri City, Texas; making related findings; and providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(a) Consider appointing members to the Parks Board and Planning and Zoning Commission.

9. AUTHORIZATIONS

(a) Consider authorizing a professional engineering services agreement with Costello Engineering for the design of the Sienna MUD #1 North Regional Lift Station.

(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 78, Solid Waste, of the Missouri City Code; amending the rules and regulations related to City Residential Solid Waste Service; providing a penalty; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
