9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Project Agreement between
Fort Bend County, Texas, and the City of Missouri City, Texas, for Access
Management Improvements to State Highway 6 Intersections (Mobility Bond
Project No. 750).
(b) Consider awarding a contract for construction of the community center and golf
pro shop.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement between Sienna Plantation
Management District and the City of Missouri City, Texas, for the purchase and
construction of certain traffic signal poles for the signals located at the intersection
of State Highway 6 and Sienna Ranch Road and the intersection of State Highway 6
and Sienna Parkway.
(d) Consider awarding a contract for redistricting services.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 62,
Municipal Court, of the Missouri City Code; providing rules and regulations for the
establishment of the Division of Municipal Court and of the position of Divisional
Director of Municipal Court; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the
second and final reading.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution honoring Bobby Jones.
(b) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas,
authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest a Tax Abatement
Agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and CLB, Inc.,
pertaining to certain improvements to Reserve 26 in Section 3 of the partial replat of
Lakeview Business Park located in Reinvestment Zone No. 8 in the City of
Missouri City, Texas.
(c) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas,
authoring the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the City
of Missouri City, Texas, and the Texas Department of Public Safety for forms,
manuals and supplies related to the Breath Testing Program and Laboratory
Alcohol and Drug Testing Program.
