10. ORDINANCES

(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 18, Businesses, of the Missouri City Code; amending the rules and regulations related to food service regulations; providing a penalty; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(b) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the crediting of updated service credits in the Texas Municipal Retirement System for certain City of Missouri City employees who have membership in such system; providing for increased annuities for certain City of Missouri City retirees and beneficiaries of deceased retirees; repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing an effective date; and providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. (a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, adopting a schedule of fees pertaining to the use of the Missouri City Community Center and certain park grounds, facilities, and amenities, providing an effective date, and providing for repeal.
