9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider authorizing the purchase of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the Community Center and Golf Pro Shop.
(b) Consider authorizing payment to Texas Department of Transportation for the final cost accounting of the US 90A widening project in the amount of $65,847.92.
(c) Consider recording receipt of 10/20 Write-Offs for Personal & Real Property Taxes.
(d) Consider updating the signature card on file with Wells Fargo Bank.
(e) Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a personal services agreement with Lenore Bush for health inspection services.
(f) Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a personal services agreement with Kyra Martinez of Civitas Consulting for planning services.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending the general budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012, transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and to consider theordinance on the first and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, approving a Municipal Setting Designation for the EIM MSD Property and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, in support of the submission of an application to the Texas Department of Housing Page 3 of 3 City of Missouri City January 3, 2012, Regular City Council Meeting Agenda and Community Affairs for housing tax credits and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME Investment Partnership Program Funds for affordable senior rental housing by MGroup Holdings, Inc.
