(c) Consider declaring an exemption from seeking competitive bids and authorize the execution of an agreement for wastewater management services with In-Pipe Technology Company, Inc.
(d) Consider authorizing the award of a bank depository agreement.
(e) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for the abatement of asbestos in the Quail Valley Golf Course clubhouse.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, declaring the candidates for Mayor, Councilmember At-Large, Position 1, and Councilmember At-Large, Position 2, unopposed; declaring Allen Owen, candidate for Mayor, Jerry Wyatt, candidate for Councilmember At-Large, Position 1, and Danny Nguyen, candidate for Councilmember At- Large, Position 2, elected; cancelling the election for Mayor, Councilmember At-Large, Position 1, and Councilmember At-Large, Position 2; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 14, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Missouri City Code by providing for the amendment of the 2009 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, designating Amegy Bank National Association as a depository for City of Missouri City funds; designating certain officials to open and maintain an account or accounts with Amegy Bank National Association; establishing procedures for the deposit, transfer, and withdrawal of City of Missouri City funds; establishing procedures for the borrowing of funds; establishing procedures for the approval, release, or substitution of securities pledged to secure City of Missouri City deposits; repealing any and all resolutions in conflict herewith; and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
