The subject site is located north of Hampton Drive, east of Murphy Road (FM1092), north and east of the Wells Fargo Bank and south of Oyster Creek and the Quail Valley Thunderbird West Courtyard Homes.

(c) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for the design of Texas Parkway intersection improvements.
(d) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for the design of Fire Station #5.
(e) Consider authorizing the purchase of recreation equipment.
(f) Consider approving Change Order #4 to Contract #217-11 for construction of the Tennis & Recreation Center.

(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 14, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Missouri City Code by providing for the amendment of the 2009 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and to consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the negotiation and execution of an advance funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the construction of intersection improvements on Farm-to-Market Road 2234 (Texas Parkway) between U.S. Highway 90A and Turtle Creek Drive.
