(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Dr. Rivers R. Glover, I on behalf of Graceland Community Church of Houston, Texas, to rezone approximately 3.68 acres of land currently subject to Specific Use Permit No. 110 (Ordinance No. O-90-9) from CF Community Facilities District, in part, and R-4 Patio-Cluster Residential District, in part, to PD Planned Development District to Page 2 of 3 City of Missouri City July 2, 2012, Regular City Council Meeting Agenda allow for the use of such property as a place of assembly and child care facility; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 4440 Lexington Boulevard to the north, east and west of the Lexington Colony residential subdivision.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by C. Davis Wilson of STM Architects and Associates on behalf of Ali M. Zabarah to rezone approximately 10.97 acres of land from R-5 Townhouse Residential District to PD Planned Development District for the development of a mixed use complex to include certain retail district, office, warehouse, and industrial uses; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located within the Tang City Plaza subdivision.
(b) Public Hearings and related actions - There are no Public Hearings and related actions on this agenda.

(a) Consider authorizing the award of a contract for Gessner Road Irrigation Construction.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for lab testing services for the El
Dorado Bridge reconstruction.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for engineering services to develop a
pedestrian and bicycle mobility plan.
(d) Consider awarding a contract for the construction of Thompson Ferry Re-Route.
(e) Consider awarding a contract for the construction of a new pavilion in Hunters Trail
Park.
(f) Consider awarding a contract for fuel for the City’s vehicle fleet.

11. RESOLUTIONS
