6. CONSENT AGENDA - All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. (a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of October 15, 2012, and the minutes of the special City Council meeting of October 22,
2012.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of the first amendment to the interlocal agreement for the use of Harris County's public safety radio system.
(c) Consider authorizing the renewal of the annual maintenance agreement for Questys records management software with Questys Solutions.

(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, accepting a United States Department of Homeland Security Urban Area Security Initiative Grant to fund the purchase of vehicle mounted and hand-held radio devices for the Police Department; designating the Mayor as the City's authorized official to accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant; and containing other provisions related thereto.
