(b) Consider authorizing the purchase of sidewalk rehabilitation services through the interlocal purchasing agreement with the City of Sugar Land.
(c) Consider authorizing an exemption from competitive bids and authorizing the purchase of concrete street repair services for Lexington Boulevard.

(a) Consider receiving the 2012 Charter Review Commission Final Report and, if necessary, authorizing staff to take further actions.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND RELATED ACTIONS - This item is reserved for public input to the City Council regarding public hearing issues. (a) Zoning Public Hearings and Ordinances
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request for a Specific Use Permit for the existing Holy Family Catholic Church; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 1510 5th Street, north of the Springfield Apartments, south of Highway 90A, west of Bull Lane and east of the Fort Bend County Annex.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to exclude a 3.40 acre tract of land from the existing Planned Development District No. 7 and designate such excluded property as two planned development districts; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located on the south side of Cartwright Road, west of Colonial Lakes Drive and east of Dulles Avenue.
(3) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to allow for the use of a
1.07-acre tract of land within a recently designated Planned Development District as an office building; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located on the south side of Cartwright Road, west of Colonial Lakes Drive and east of Dulles Avenue.
(4) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to allow for the use of a
2.33-acre tract of land within a recently designated Planned Development District as an assisted living facility; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located on the south side of Cartwright Road, west of Colonial Lakes Drive and east of Dulles Avenue.
(b) Public Hearings and related actions
(1) Public hearing to receive comments concerning the structure(s) at 3434 Fifth Street in the City of Missouri City. After receiving comments, City Council will consider declaring the structure(s) as substandard and may issue orders as shall appear reasonably necessary to prevent the structure(s) from being a hazard to life or property and to eliminate the substandard qualities; and consider an order on the first and final reading.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against creating Reinvestment Zone No. 11 encompassing a portion of Reserve 23 and Reserve 24 in Block 3 of Lakeview Business Park located southwest of the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Road in the City of Missouri City, Texas; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending City of Missouri City Ordinance No. O-02-14, adopted March 18, 2002, as amended; providing terms and conditions for employee political activity; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest the first amendment to the first restated as amended tax abatement agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and Ben E. Keith Company pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 82-acre tract of land located in Reinvestment Zone No. 4 in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(b) Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest the second restated as amended economic development agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and Ben E. Keith Company pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 82-acre tract of land located in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
