3. PRESENTATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS
(a) Recognize the Public Works Streets Division for receiving the Texas Public Works Association In-House Project of the Year Award.
(b) Report regarding the American Cancer Society Relay for Life at Oyster Creek Park.
(c) Proclaim the week of March 3 - 9, 2013, as "Severe Weather Awareness Week" in Missouri City, Texas.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS - An opportunity for the public to address Council on agenda items or concerns not on the agenda. Those wishing to speak must complete the orange comment card, present the comment card to the City Secretary prior to the beginning of the meeting, and observe a three-minute time limit.
5. STAFF REPORTS
(a) Review of the emergency services cost recovery fee ordinance.
6. CONSENT AGENDA - All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public review.
(a) Consider approving the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of February 18, 2013.
(b) Considering authorizing a refund of the parkland dedication fees paid for Tract 5 of the Hampton Pointe Development.
(c) Consider authorizing the renewal of a term contract for tree trimming.
(d) Consider authorizing the renewal of a term contract for generator maintenance.
(e) Consider awarding a contract for wood fiber playground surfacing material.
(f) Consider authorizing the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus equipment, parts, and repair services through the City's interlocal purchasing agreement with the City of Fort Worth.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND RELATED ACTIONS - This item is reserved for public input to the City Council regarding public hearing issues.
