(a) Report regarding the proposed update for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Mobility Plan.
6. CONSENT AGENDA - All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. (a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of April 1, 2013, and the special meeting of April 8, 2013.
(b) Consider authorizing an agreement for medical director services with Dr. Jose Angel Anzaldua, M.D.
(c) Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, adopting pay structures for non-exempt personnel, exempt personnel, certified fire personnel and certified police personnel; providing an effective date; repealing any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(d) Consider an ordinance pertaining to Planned Development District No. 74 to allow for the use of roofing materials on a proposed nursing home that would match the roofing material of an existing assisted living facility within PD No. 74 and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located north of Hampton Drive, east of F.M. Road 1092, and south of Oyster Creek.
(e) Consider authorizing the purchase of a tractor from Brookside Equipment, Inc. through the HGAC cooperative purchasing program.
(f) Consider an ordinance to a proposed amendment to Section 8, PD Planned Development District, of Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, of the Missouri City Code, to revise the procedures for establishing and amending planned development districts, and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
