(a) Presentation of the 2013 Land Development Report.
6. CONSENT AGENDA - All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public review.
(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of April 15,
2013.
(b) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, amending Chapter 78, Solid Waste, of the Missouri City Code; amending the rules and regulations related to solid waste; providing a penalty; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(c) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, creating Reinvestment Zone No. 12 for tax abatement purposes; encompassing Reserves 16 and 17 of Block 3 of Lakeview Business Park, a recorded subdivision in Fort Bend County, Texas, and located southwest of the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Road in the City of Missouri City, Texas; making related findings; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(d) Consider approving the goals and priorities for the 2013 - 2017 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan.
(e) Consider approving the projects and allocations for the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan.
(f) Consider authorizing the execution of an amendment to the contract for consulting services relating to the amendment of the Sienna Plantation Joint Development Agreement.
(g) Consider authorizing the acceptance of a drainage easement from Fortune Lending Corp to construct the Hurricane Lane extension project.
(h) Consider authorizing the acceptance of a special warranty deed from Fortune Lending Corp to construct the Hurricane Lane extension project.
(i) Consider authorizing a consultant selection policy.
(j) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement for fitness equipment through the Texas Association of School Boards BuyBoard cooperative purchasing program.
