6. CONSENT AGENDA
(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of September 16, 2013, and the minutes of the special City Council meetings of September 19, 2013, and September 23, 2013.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement between the City of Missouri City and Sienna Plantation Levee Improvement District for the periodic installation of gates.
(c) Consider awarding a contact for electrical services on an as-needed basis for City facilities.
(d) Consider awarding a contract for mosquito spraying services.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND RELATED ACTIONS This item is reserved for public input to the City Council regarding public hearing issues. Those wishing to speak must complete the orange comment card, present the comment card to the City Secretary

(a) Consider authorizing the purchase of repair services for the Stafford Run Creek bank.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance of the City of Missouri City, Texas, providing for the assessment, levy, and collection of ad valorem taxes for the City of Missouri City, Texas, for the tax year 2013 and for each year thereafter until otherwise provided; providing the date on which such taxes shall be due and timely paid; authorizing an additional penalty for the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes in lieu of recovering attorneys' fees; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
