6. CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. (a) Consider approving the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of May 5, 2014.
(b) Consider authorizing a contract for Community Development Block Grant concrete sidewalk construction and repair services.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for the collection of taxes.
(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to accept a general warranty deed from Equity Trust Company for the extension of Vicksburg Boulevard.
(e) Consider authorizing the Mayor to accept a general warranty deed from Olympia Estates I Associates Limited for the extension of Vicksburg Boulevard.

(1) Public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposed ordinance continuing Article VII of Chapter 74, Parks and Recreation, of the Missouri City Code pertaining to the standards of care for certain elementary-age recreation programs operated by the City of Missouri City; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a proposed ordinance creating Reinvestment Zone No. 13 for tax abatement purposes; encompassing an approximate 5.4676-acre tract of land southwest of the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Road in the City of Missouri City, Texas; making related findings; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider electing a Mayor Pro Tem.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between the City of Missouri City and the City of Stafford for the sale of a 2000 Gradall XL 4100 rubber tire excavator main unit.
(c) Consider authorizing city staff to negotiate and execute a contract for delinquent tax collection services.

(a) Consider an ordinance adopting an update to the Basic Plan of the Fort Bend County Interjurisdictional Emergency Management Plan; providing penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(b) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 70, Offenses, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules regarding the discharge of weapons; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(c) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 30, Environment, of the Missouri City Code; amending the regulation of discharges to the small municipal separate storm sewer system; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute and the City Secretary to attest an interlocal agreement pertaining to storm water management by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas and certain political subdivisions owning storm water facilities within or serving the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(b) Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute and submit a notice of intent, a storm water management program, and a permit application fee to the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality and to take any and all actions necessary to comply with the requirement of Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit No. TXR040000 issued on December 13, 2013.
