2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by the Missouri City Police Department Honor Guard.

5. STAFF REPORTS
(a) Presentation of the City's summer recreation programs.
(b) Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2015 proposed budget.
6. CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public review.
(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of May 19,
2014.
(b) Consider awarding a contract for high density polyethylene pipe connection adjustments and bolt re-torqueing on-call services at the regional water treatment plant.
(c) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance regarding continuing Article VII of Chapter 74, Parks and Recreation, of the Missouri City Code pertaining to the standards of care for certain elementary-age recreation programs operated by the City of Missouri City.
(d) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance creating Reinvestment Zone No. 13 for tax abatement purposes; encompassing an approximate 5.4676-acre tract of land southwest of the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Road in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(e) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 70, Offenses, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules regarding the discharge of weapons; and providing a penalty.
(f) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 30, Environment, of the Missouri City Code; amending the regulation of discharges to the small municipal separate storm sewer system; and providing a penalty.
(g) Consider authorizing the Mayor to accept an easement from Fort Bend Independent School District for right of way for the extension of water transmission lines for the regional water treatment plant.
(h) Consider authorizing the sale of a 2009 GMC T8500 cab with Dura Maxx patcher unit to Custer County, Oklahoma.
(i) Consider awarding a contract for supervisory control and data acquisition evaluation and oncall services for the regional water treatment plant.
(j) Consider authorizing the purchase of certain software licenses through the Texas Department of Information Resources cooperative purchasing program.
(k) Consider the ratification of certain Council action items on the May 19, 2014, City Council meeting.
(l) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance adopting an update to the Basic Plan of the Fort Bend County Interjurisdictional Emergency Management Plan.

(a) Zoning Public Hearings and Ordinances- There are no zoning public hearings and ordinances on this agenda.

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 82, Subdivisions, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules and regulations regarding the submission of subdivision plans and plats; removing regulations relating to development plats; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

9. AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Consider awarding a contract to Lange Mechanical Services LP through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule Cooperative purchasing program to provide a water chiller and recycle unit for the Klorigen bleach generator at the regional water treatment plant.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for the collection of annual assessments in Public Improvement District No. 2.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for the collection of annual assessments in Public Improvement District No. 4.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance adding a new Chapter 33, Fair Housing, of the Missouri City Code; providing rules and regulations regarding fair housing; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution selecting a representative and an alternate to the Houston-Galveston Area Council 2014 General Assembly and selecting a representative and an alternate to the Houston-Galveston Area Council 2014 Board of Directors.
(b) Consider a resolution adopting a fee schedule for shooting event permits.
