(b) Consider the second and final reading of an ordinance creating Reinvestment Zone No. 14 for tax abatement purposes; encompassing an approximate 6.2087-acre tract of land located southwest of the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Road in the City of Missouri City, Texas; and making related findings.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of a subrecipient agreement with Fifth Ward Redevelopment Corporation for owner occupied housing rehabilitation services through the Community Development Block Grant program.
(d) Consider awarding a contract for on-call electrical services.
(e) Consider awarding a contract for insurance benefits consulting services.
(f) Consider authorizing the execution of a consent agreement between Fort Bend Improvement Limited and the City of Missouri City for the location of a water tank on a certain drill site for which Fort Bend Improvement Limited owns an easement.

(i) Consider authorizing the negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 19 for sidewalk, ramp and signage installation along Hidden Bough Lane at Knights Court.

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request for a specific use permit for a place of assembly to allow the continued location of a religious place of assembly and to allow for the location of an educational place of assembly within a 4.75-acre tract of land located within an LC-3 retail district; amend the Comprehensive Plan, as applicable; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 1424 F.M. Road 1092 (Murphy Road).
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against an ordinance amending Section 4, Definitions, and Section 13, Sign Regulations, of Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, of the Missouri City Code; providing rules and regulations relating to signs; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
