(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of January 20, 2015, and the special City Council meeting of January 26, 2015.
(b) Consider an ordinance on the second and final reading to rezone an approximate 2.29-acre tract of land from CF community facilities district to I industrial district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable. The subject site is located northeast of the intersection of US 90A and Beltway 8, south of the Fondren Park residential subdivision; and east of City of Missouri City Fire Station Number 2.
(c) Consider authorizing the acceptance of a utility easement from CenterPoint Energy to construct the Hurricane Lane Extension Project.

(a) Zoning Public Hearings and Ordinances
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate 1.24 acre tract of land from SD suburban district to LC-2, local retail district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at the intersection of Silver Ridge Boulevard and Sienna Parkway, south of the Primrose School of Sienna and west of the Silver Ridge residential subdivision.

(a) Consider authorizing the purchase of a fire engine through the Houston-Galveston Area Council cooperative purchasing program.
(b) Consider the approval of change order No.3 for LJA for the Hurricane Lane Extension Project.
(c) Consider authorizing the purchase of chemicals for the treatment of water and wastewater at the City water and wastewater facilities.
(d) Consider approving the Term Sheet for Sienna Plantation Fire Station Operations Contract and authorizing staff to negotiate a contract in conformance therewith.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance changing the name of a portion of Lexington Boulevard, a public street located in the City of Missouri City, to Thomas Taylor Parkway; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution adopting certain specifications and requirements for the request for proposals for commercial and residential solid waste services.
(b) Consider a resolution approving the submission of the grant application for the crime victim liaison project to the Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Governor through the Houston-Galveston Area Council and containing other provisions related thereto.
(c) Consider a resolution authorizing staff to update authorized representatives on file with Texpool Participant Services.
(d) Consider a resolution amending the designation of certain officials for the maintenance of a city account or accounts with Amegy Bank National Association; providing an effective date; and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
(e) Consider a resolution amending the designation of certain officials for the maintenance of the account with Amegy National Bank Association for the City of Missouri City Nonprofit Trust for the payment of certain employee benefits and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
