(c) Consider authorizing the execution of the agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas and FLC Parkway, L.P. for the funding of utility research.
(d) Consider authorizing staff to develop a resolution in support of legislation creating Missouri City Management District No. 1 and Missouri City Management District No. 2 for City Council's consideration at the City Council's March 2, 2015 regular meeting.

(a) Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest an economic development agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and TC Houston Industrial Development, Inc., pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 119.87-acre tract of land located in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(b) Consider a resolution supporting the relocation of the Houston Community College System campus located within the City of Missouri City, Texas, from Sienna Springs Boulevard to Texas Parkway and containing other provisions related thereto.
(c) Consider a resolution authorizing the purchase of golf cars and the execution of a lease agreement between the City, as Lessee, Missouri City Recreation and Leisure Local Government Corporation, as Co-Lessee, and PNC Equipment Finance, LLC, as Lessor.
(d) Consider a resolution approving the submission of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Formula Grant Application to the Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Governor through the Houston-Galveston Area Council to fund the purchase of automated license plate recognition systems needed by the police department to prevent auto theft and other crimes associated with vehicles.
(e) Consider a resolution authorizing the execution of the addendum to the regional wastewater treatment facilities agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, First Colony Municipal Utility District No. 9 and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District Number 42.
