(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate37.96-acre tract of land from LC-1 local retail restricted district and LC-2 local retail district to PD planned development district to allow for the location of a single family residential development; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located north of Glover Elementary School and Meadowcreek residential subdivision, south of the Knanaya Homes residential subdivision and west of the Quail Green West residential subdivision.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for and against amending Section 7, Use Districts, of Appendix A of the Missouri City Code, entitled the City of Missouri City Zoning Ordinance, deleting rules and regulations relating to water and wastewater treatment and disposal systems; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

(a) Consider an ordinance declaring the candidate for Councilmember District C, Anthony George Maroulis, and the candidate for Councilmember District D, Floyd Emery, unopposed; declaring Anthony George Maroulis, candidate for Councilmember District C, and Floyd Emery, candidate for Councilmember District D, elected; cancelling the election for single-member Districts C and D; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent or in conflict herewith; and providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.

(d) Consider an ordinance establishing a speed limit on a construction zone along certain portions of Turtle Creek Drive; providing an effective time period for such speed limit; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest an economic development agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and TC Houston Industrial Development, Inc., pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 119.87-acre tract of land located in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(b) Consider a resolution granting consent to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District Number 129 to issue refunding bonds.
(c) Consider a resolution authorizing the execution of an economic development agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and Casmik Co., LLC, pertaining to certain improvements, including the development of a performing arts center, on an approximately 7.97-acre tract of land located in the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(d) Consider a resolution adopting certain specifications and requirements for the request for proposals for commercial and residential solid waste services.
