(c) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 2, Administration, and Chapter 86, Utilities, of the Missouri City Code; providing rules and regulations regarding the use of private water and wastewater treatment and disposal systems; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate 37.96-acre tract of land from LC-1 local retail restricted district, in part, and LC-2 local retail district, in part, to PD planned development district to allow for the location of a single family residential development; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located north of Glover Elementary School and Meadowcreek residential subdivision, south of the Knanaya Homes residential subdivision and west of the Quail Green West residential subdivision.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate 1.24 acre tract of land from SD suburban district to LC-2, local retail district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at the intersection of Silver Ridge Boulevard and Sienna Parkway, south of the Primrose School of Sienna and west of the Silver Ridge residential subdivision.
