(b) Consider an ordinance for a request to rezone an approximate 1.24 acre tract of land from SD suburban district to LC-1, local restricted retail district; describing said 1.24-acre tract of land; amending the zoning district map of the City of Missouri City; providing for an amendment to the comprehensive plan; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located at the intersection of Silver Ridge Boulevard and Sienna Parkway, south of the Primrose School of Sienna and west of the Silver Ridge residential subdivision.
(c) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 54, Manufactured Homes, of the Missouri City Code; amending rules and regulations regarding the placement of manufactured homes and manufactured home parks; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
