(a) Consider authorizing the execution of a letter approving the provision of licensed non-911 emergency medical services in the City of Missouri City pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code Section 773.0573.
(b) Consider declaring an exemption from competitive bidding requirements and authorizing the execution of a contract for the purchase and installation of shade structures for Hunters Glen Park through the BuyBoard cooperative purchasing program.
(c) Consider approving the Program Year 2015 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan.
(d) Consider authorizing the City Attorney, or her designee, to provide certain property owners and their representatives with notice of potential civil actions for the enforcement of city ordinances.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 30, Environment, of the Missouri City Code; amending the definition of "junked vehicle;" and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(b) Consider an ordinance adopting pay structures and incentive and certification pay plan for certified police personnel; providing an effective date; repealing any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
11. RESOLUTIONS
(a) Consider a resolution finding that CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC's application for approval of a distribution cost recovery factor to increase distribution rates within the City of Missouri City should be denied; finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is considered is open to the public as required by law; and requiring notice of this resolution to CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, and legal counsel.
