(c) Consider an ordinance adopting pay structures and an incentive and certification pay plan for certified police personnel; providing an effective date; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(d) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for the collection of taxes.
