(1) Public hearing to receive comments concerning an ordinance approving and adopting the City of Missouri City, Texas budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending on June 30, 2016; making appropriations for the city for such fiscal year as reflected in said budget; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments concerning an ordinance continuing Article VII of Chapter 74 of the Missouri City Code; continuing the rules and regulations pertaining to the standards of care for certain elementary-age recreation programs operated by the City of Missouri City; and consider the ordinance on first of two readings.
6. CONSENT AGENDA
(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of June 1, 2015.
(b) Consider an ordinance to rezone an approximate 1.32-acre tract of land from LC-3 retail district to R-2 single-family residential district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance related thereto on the second and final reading. The subject site is located southwest of the intersection of Oilfield Road and State Highway 6, west of Colony Lakes Section 5 residential subdivision, north of Colony Lakes Section 8 residential subdivision, and east of the Brazos Crossing Section 1 commercial subdivision.
(c) Consider an ordinance for a specific use permit to locate a temporary construction equipment yard on an approximate 34.16-acre tract of land within an SD suburban district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance related thereto on the second and final reading. The subject site is located southeast of the intersection of McKeever Road and Sienna Parkway, north of the Sienna Steep Bank Village residential subdivision, east of the Sienna Market and Deli (Exxon), and west of the Silver Ridge residential subdivision.
(d) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Floodplain Management, of the Missouri City Code; amending regulations providing for the construction of certain enclosed areas; providing penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(e) Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter of approval for Ambulance Service Elysium, LLC to operate a non-emergency ambulance service.

(a) Consider authorizing the mayor to sign the official plat of Pecan Estates at Anderson Spring Section Three which contains an approximate 0.470 acre tract of land owned by the City of Missouri City, Texas.
(b) Consider authorizing the repeal of Order Number O-12-04 and declaring the satisfactory demolition and removal of the residential building and related structures and improvements located at 3434 Fifth Street.

(a) Consider an ordinance amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015; transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
