(c) Consider an ordinance granting to Waste Corporation of Texas, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of WCA Waste Corporation, the right, privilege, and franchise to use the public rights-of way to conduct a solid waste collection service business for residential customers within the City of Missouri City, Texas; providing a term; and consider the ordinance on the third and final reading.
(d) Consider an ordinance granting to Waste Corporation of Texas, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of WCA Waste Corporation, the right, privilege, and franchise to use the public rights-of way to conduct a solid waste collection service business for commercial customers within the City of Missouri City, Texas; providing a term; and consider the ordinance on the third and final reading.

(g) Consider authorizing the acceptance of a general warranty deed from FLC Parkway, LP to construct the Hurricane Lane extension project.
(h) Consider authorizing the acceptance of a drainage easement from FLC Parkway, LP to construct the Hurricane Lane extension project.
(i) Consider authorizing the execution of a contract for fleet services diesel fuel and gasoline.
(j) Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter of approval for The Cauley, Group, Inc. doing business as Lifestar EMS, to operate a non-emergency ambulance service.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND RELATED ACTIONS
(a) Zoning Public Hearings and Ordinances
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for and against a request to rezone an approximate 0.95 acre tract of land from R-2, single family residential district to CF, community facilities district and amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 3130 N Pebble Beach Drive, north of the Quail Valley El Dorado residential subdivision, south and east of the Quail Valley North residential subdivision and west of the Quail Valley Utility District.
(2) Public hearing to receive comments for and against a request to grant a building, specific use permit to allow the continued use of an educational place of assembly and for the location of temporary building; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and to consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located at 3311 Williamsburg Lane, north of Service King Collision Repair Center, south of Houston Metropolitan Seventh Day Adventist Church, east of La Quinta Inn and Suites and west of Township Square shopping center.
(3) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to amend the regulations and restrictions pertaining to PD, Planned Development District No. 95 to update the site layout plan and revise certain regulations and restrictions pertaining to the development; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. The subject site is located north of Lake Olympia Parkway and Olympia Estates residential subdivision, north and east of the Lake Olympia residential subdivision, south of the Thunderbird North residential subdivision, east of Quail Valley Glenn Lakes and Community Park and west of the Fort Bend Parkway.
(4) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to amend the regulations and restrictions pertaining to PD Planned Development District No. 96; adding 8.48 acres of land to allow for LC-3 retail district and miniwarehouse uses; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. PD Planned Development District No. 96 is located north of Lake Olympia Parkway, south of PD Planned Development District No. 95, east of Vicksburg Boulevard, and west of the Fort Bend Parkway. The additional acreage proposed to be added to PD Planned Development District No. 96 is located north and west of Olympia Estates Sections 7 and 8 residential subdivisions at the southeast intersection of Lake Olympia Parkway and Vicksburg Boulevard.

(b) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for transportation services for certain senior recreation programs.
(c) Consider awarding a design-build contract for the renovation of the first floor of the Community Center.
(d) Consider authorizing a proposal on an ad valorem tax rate by record vote and consider setting the dates for public hearings and the adoption of and ad valorem tax rate on a future meeting agenda.
