(c) Consider an ordinance to rezone an approximate 4.32-acre tract of land from LC-2 local retail district to LC-3 retail district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located at 3801 – 3843 Cartwright Road, southwest of the FM 1092 and Cartwright Road intersection; north of the American Mini Storage facility and the Plantation Trails residential subdivision; and east of the Missouri City Municipal Court and Missouri City Police Department.
(d) Consider an ordinance to rezone an approximate 2-acre tract of land from LC-2 local retail district to LC-3 retail district; amending the comprehensive plan, as applicable; and consider an ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located at 2031 F.M. 1092, south of the Murphy Road Church of Christ, east of the Casa Vaqueros Mexican Grill Restaurant (formerly El Vaquero Mexican restaurant), west of Optimum Personal Care assisted living facility and south of the intersection of Fifth Street and F.M. 1092.
(e) Consider an ordinance authorizing the crediting of updated service credits in the Texas Municipal Retirement System for certain City of Missouri City employees who have membership in such system; providing for increased annuities for certain City of Missouri City retirees and beneficiaries of deceased retirees; providing an effective date; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
