(a) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 78, Solid Waste, of the Missouri City Code; amending regulations related to the provision of solid waste services to townhomes and similar properties; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(b) Consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of City of Missouri City, Texas, combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation, Series 2016, in the aggregate principal amount of $2,500,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; awarding the sale thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a paying agent/registrar agreement; approving the official statement; confirming the engagement of professionals in connection with the issuance of the certificates of obligation; finding and determining that the meeting at which this ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
(c) Consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of City of Missouri City, Texas, general obligation bonds, Series 2016, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,122,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; awarding the sale thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a paying agent/registrar agreement; approving the official statement; approving the engagement of certain professionals in connection with the issuance of the bonds; finding and determining that the meeting at which this ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
