(d) Consider authorizing an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Missouri City for the asphalt paving of Emerald Lake Drive, Wildhorse Court, and Arrowhead Lake Drive.

(a) Consider an ordinance establishing a speed limit and a construction zone along certain portions of Gregory Boulevard; providing an effective time period for such speed limit; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.

(b) Consider an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. O-16-04, adopted on January 11, 2016; authorizing the issuance, and sale of City of Missouri City, Texas, general obligation refunding bonds, Series 2016, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $107,670,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond purchase contract, a paying agent/register agreement and an officer’s pricing certificate; calling certain obligations for redemption; approving the official statement; approving the engagement of certain professionals in connection with the issuance of the bonds; enacting other provisions relating thereto; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.

(a) Consider a resolution amending the advance funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the construction of Hurricane Lane construction.
