(b) Consider an ordinance disannexing a 48.97-acre tract located north of Watts Plantation Road, south of Fort Bend Parkway, west of Oyster Creek, and east of the city limit line of the City of Missouri City along Sienna Parkway; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(c) Consider authorizing an interlocal agreement with Fort Bend County to provide household hazardous waste disposal services for City residents.
(d) Consider accepting the quarterly investment reports for the periods ending September 30, 2015, and December 31, 2015.

(a) Consider authorizing the execution of a contract with Imagenet Consulting LLC for the lease of copier equipment and for the purchase of maintenance services through the Texas Department of Information Resources cooperative purchasing program.
(b) Consider authorizing the execution of a contract with Software House Intl. (SHI) for broadcast and streaming equipment and services through the Texas Department of Information Resources cooperative purchasing program.
(c) Consider authorizing the execution of a strategic partnership agreement between the City of Missouri City, Texas, and the Sienna Plantation Management District to provide
for a mixed-use development on a 33.23-acre tract of land located north of Watts Plantation Road, south of Fort Bend Parkway, west of Oyster Creek, and east of Sienna Parkway.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance disannexing a 33.07-acre tract of land located north of Sienna Springs Boulevard, south of Oyster Creek Farms residential subdivision, west of the Houston Community College Sienna Plantation campus, and east of Section 3 of the Sienna Village of Anderson Springs residential subdivision; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest, respectively, the development agreement between the City of Missouri City and Sienna/Johnson North, L.P. for the development of property previously owned by the Houston Community College System for residential uses; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
(c) Consider an ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest, respectively, the development agreement between the City of Missouri City and Sienna 325 L.P. for the development of property located along Watts Plantation Road for mixed uses; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
