(c) Consider an ordinance continuing Article VII of Chapter 74 of the Missouri City Code; continuing the rules and regulations pertaining to the standards of care for certain elementary-age recreation programs operated by the City of Missouri City; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
(d) Consider authorizing the acceptance of an easement from the Sienna Plantation Residential Association, Inc., for water transmission pipelines for the Regional Water Treatment Plant.

(a) Consider an ordinance amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016; transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance approving and adopting the City of Missouri City, Texas budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, and ending on June 30, 2017; making appropriations for the city for such fiscal year as reflected in said budget; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
