(b) Consider granting an easement to the Quail Valley Utility District for the construction of a waterline located north of The Estates at Waterford residential subdivision, south of the Quail Valley Apartments, east of Lakeshore at Brightwater residential subdivision, and west of F.M. Road 1092.
(c) Consider authorizing the city manager to negotiate and execute an agreement for executive recruitment services for a Public Works Department director.
10. ORDINANCES
(a) Consider an ordinance establishing maximum speed limits for all school zones located within the City of Missouri City, including designating locations and times; providing a penalty; declaring an emergency; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
(b) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 70, Offenses, of the Missouri City Code to prohibit the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems and to provide for affirmative defenses to prosecution for smoking violations; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings.
