The subject site is located north of the Newpoint Estates residential subdivision and south and west of the Creekmont residential subdivision. (b) Public Hearings and related actions – There are no Public Hearings and related actions on this agenda.
APPOINTMENTS (a) Consider appointing members to the board of directors for each tax increment reinvestment zone. (b) Consider appointing members to the Transportation Policy Council and the Technical Advisory Committee for the Houston-Galveston Area Council.
