Consider an ordinance to rezone an approximate 23.06 acre tract of land from LC-2, local retail district, to PD Planned Development District to allow for the location of a mixed use development to include the existing church campus, proposed commercial uses, and multifamily residential uses; providing for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located at 3222 Texas Parkway and north of the Turtle Creek shopping center and Roane Park; south of the Foodarama shopping center; east of the Quail Valley Thunderbird North residential subdivision, and west of the Quail Green South residential subdivision.

(b) Consider authorizing the purchase of a new city-wide phone system and consider authorizing the execution of a statement of work for associated services. (c) Consider authorizing the purchase of fleet vehicles. (d) Consider authorizing the purchase of an automated license plate recognition system through the Houston Galveston Area Council Cooperative purchasing program as a part of the 2016 Office of Governor automated license plate recognition system grant project.
