ORDINANCES (a) Consider an ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest, respectively, the first amended and restated development agreement between the city and Sienna/Johnson North L.P for the development of approximately 33.07 acres of land; and consider the ordinance on the first of two readings. (b) Consider an ordinance amending the general budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2016, and ending on June 30, 2017; transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; containing certain provisions relating to the subject; and consider the ordinance on the first and final reading.
